摘要

由美国引起的次贷危机的爆发，使得全球经济发展速度放缓，国际市场需求慢慢收窄，再加上愈演愈烈的欧债危机，在这种情况下，各国纷纷采取了救市的措施，但有些国家却再次运用贸易保护主义，掀起了新一轮的贸易保护主义浪潮。与传统的贸易保护主义相比，新贸易保护主义在新的时代背景下也体现出许多新的特征。新贸易保护主义对我国宏观经济政策的制定和实施造成了比较严重的影响，阻碍了我国整体经济持续、稳定、健康的发展。面对此种情况，我国政府应充分发挥宏观调控作用，采取有力措施刺激国内消费需求，拉动经济增长，同时对国际贸易壁垒要建立完善的预警机制，积极主动避开，适应并且巧妙运用有关国际贸易规则来维护本国利益不受侵犯。本文通过具体理论加以大量权威实例与数据形象的分析新贸易保护主义的内涵及对我国进出口贸易的影响，并最终从企业，政府等各个方面提出相应的应对策略。

Abstract

The outbreak of the international financial crisis, resulting in the development of the global economy is slowing down, narrowing of the international market demand, coupled with a growing debt crisis in Europe, countries have taken bailout measures, some countries but the use of trade protectionism, triggered a new round ofwave of protectionism.Unlike previous trade protectionism, the new era of trade protectionism showed many new features designed to improve its position in the international division of labor in the value chain, creating for their own advantage in the new round of economic growth cycle.China should actively expand domestic demand, improve the early warning mechanism for international trade, and actively take the initiative to avoid international trade barriers, efforts to adjust the export trade structure, and actively play the role of government regulation to actively explore new markets, encourage foreign direct investment, the use of WTO rules to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests such as to reduce the impact of new trade protectionism on China.Key words: new trade protectionism，export trade，anti-dumping
