We believe that two aspects of this manuscript will make it interesting to general readers of Molecules.Above all,（Significance of the paper 论文主要意义）this work provides the first report of the analysis of eential oil of Descurainia Sophia, which had been used in China as a Chinese traditional medicine to relieve cough, prevent asthma, reduce edema, promote urination and have a cardiotonic effect.Further,（论文次要意义）we make a thorough evaluation about the influence of different ecological locations on the content and composition of the eential oil.Final analysis of the chemical constituents in the eential oils of two samples of Descurainia sophia showed similarity in their chemical composition, but the relative content of eential oil derived from the two samples was different.All authors have read and approved this version of the article（Approval of all authors全体作者认可声明）and no conflict of interest（No conflicts of interest无利益冲突声明）exists in the submiion of this manuscript.Finally, this paper is our original unpublished work（Nature of the manuscript原创新稿声明）and has not been submitted to any other journal for reviews.（Declaration of being the only submiion无一稿多投）
