关联理论论文：关联理论视域下文化负载词的英译探析
【中文摘要】语言是文化的载体。翻译除了是两种语言之间互相的转换,也是两种文化的交流。翻译之所以会碰到难题,很大程度上是因为一方面语言承载着一定的文化信息,另一方面语言又受到文化的影响。由于民族历史,生活方式,社会制度以及地理环境的差别,不同的名族之间的文化存在着大大小小的差异。在很多情况下,如何处理和翻译语言中承载的文化信息往往给翻译工作带来麻烦,尤其是文化负载词的翻译。因此,本文采用贾平凹的小说《浮躁》英译本为例子,以关联理论为主要理论基础来探讨汉语文化负载词的翻译。1986年Sperber和Wilson共同提出了关联理论。他们提出这个理论是用来阐释人们交际和认知的语用学理论,并非是用来解释翻译,但是对翻译也有很强的解释力。他们的学生Gutt将关联理论和翻译研究结合在了一起,在其著作《翻译与关联：认知与语境》中提出了关联翻译理论模式。这个新的理论为翻译的方法论和本体论提供了一个统一,合理的理论框架。在这个理论中,翻译是一个涉及大脑机制的推理过程,即一种语内或语际间的明示--推理的阐释活动。在翻译活动中,最佳关联性是译者争取达到目标,也是翻译研究的原则标准。译者的责任便是努力做到使原文作者的意图与译文读者的期盼相...【英文摘要】Language is the carrier of culture.Thus the translation of languages is not only the conversion between two languages, but also the exchange between two cultures.The
