1、新设立外商投资企业外汇登记申请表The newly established foreign exchange registration application form of foreign-invested enterprises.2、营业执照及组织机构代码证Busine license and organization code certificate.3、商务主管部门批准成立外商投资企业的批复文件及批准证书

The approved documents and approval certificate about the commerce department approved the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises.4、批准生效的外商投资企业合同、章程The approval of invoke foreign-invested enterprises’ contract and articles of aociation.5、外方投资者为境外个人的，提供个人的有效身份证件。

进出口货物收发货人注册登记（海关）

Import and export goods consignor registration(Customs)

1、《报关单位情况登记表》、《报关单位管理人员情况登记表》

“Declaration unit Registration Form”, “declaration unit managers Registration Form”

2、《对外贸易经营者备案登记表》原件及复印件（法律、行政法规或者商务部规定不需要备案登记的除外）；

“Foreign trade operators Registration Form” original and copy(laws, administrative regulations or the Department of Commerce does not require registration, except)

3、《企业法人营业执照》（个人独资、合伙企业或者个体工商户提交《营业执照》）副本原件及复印件；

4、《组织机构代码证书》副本原件及复印件；

“Organization Code Certificate” copy of the original and copy5、《税务登记证》（国税）副本原件及复印件；
