Copy of busine license；Certificate Of Approval(Foreign Invested);Social Insurance Certificate ；(Positions that are above Deputy General Manager should provide the Articles of Aociation、Board of Directors resolution of the boards more than 2/3;The company's branches in Beijing(including branch offices, representative offices)to employ foreigner should provide the power of attorney iued by the Corporation.)2.聘用外国人的书面申请报告（详细说明聘用原因、职务、用人单位盖章）
Application for the employment of the employee(the reason, position and the seal of the company)3.企业聘用外国人的聘用意向（副总以上职位需董事会决议及2/3以上董事会成员签字并由公司盖章，同时提供章程的复印件）
Letter of intent for the employment of the employee(Positions that are above Deputy General Manager should provide the Articles of Aociation、Board of Directors resolution of the boards more than 2/3,and the copy of company Aociation with the seal)
4.外国人的中文简历（加盖翻译公司公章）
Resume of the employee in Chinese(Company Seal required and If it's foreign language, to be translated into Chinese, and affix corporate seal of the translation)5.外国人的学历证书或专业技能资格证书的原件及复印件（如是外文学历，需要翻译成中文，并加盖翻译公司公章，技能证书需要其本国公证处予以公证，并由翻译公司翻译并加盖公章）
Original & Copy of Diploma or the certificate of the profeional skill in Chinese(Company Seal Required and If it's foreign language, to be translated into Chinese, and affix corporate seal of the translation, and the certificate of the profeional skill need the approval of notary office from the country)6.外国人有效护照复印件
Copy of the Paport 7.外国人的健康状况证明复印件（境内、境外体检均可）
Copy of the medical-check report 8.外国人就业申请表（在申办单位处盖章）一份，最好为机打
Application Form for Foreigner’s Employment in China(with the seal, and print)9.二寸照片一张，蓝底或白底
One 2-inch photo(white/blue background)10.劳动局委托书
Authorization letter 11.2年以上的工作证明原件（海外公司的证明还需翻译公司翻译成中文并盖章；
Proof of 2-year working experience sealed by previous employer(If it's foreign language, to be translated into Chinese, and affix corporate seal of the translation)12.如果是境内公司提供的，须有相应的居留许可相对应，否则不予认可）
If it is provide by the company in China, still need relative residencies permit otherwise it will not be admitted)注：
1、凡在劳动局办理外国人就业许可相关事宜的公司，其注册资金低于50万人民币（包括50万），需要给外籍人士办理人身意外商业保险并在聘用意向书里体现出来，在提交就业证相关材料时需要提交保单的复印件并交验原件。
If the registered capital le than 50 million RMB(including 50 million), the company need to apply the personal accident insurance busine for the employee and reflects in the letter of intent.Original & Copy of insurance policy required.2、在京公司的分支机构（分公司，办事处，代表处）聘用外籍人士，须由总公司出具授权书（已出具过的除外），同意分支机构聘用外籍人士，并需说明需聘用的人数，已在职的人数，授权书需加盖总公司公章，总公司法人签名。

一、申办“Z” 邀请函：Working invitation letter application 1.营业执照副本或登记证复印件加盖公章
Copy of busine license with the seal 2.外商来访申请报告表（申办单位处盖章）两份
Application Form of Busine Invitation for Foreign Visitors with the seal(two)3.外国人有效护照首页复印件两份
Two Copy of Paport’ Home Page(two)4.就业许可证复印件两份
Copy of employment license(two)5.代表处代表提供代表证复印件，雇员证复印件一份，雇员身份证复印件一份
Copy of Employee of Foreign Enterprises Identification Card（For Representative only）
注：如就业者本人已经取得就业许可或者已经取得就业证和居留许可，其家属申请Z邀请函，需要额外提供提供上述材料的复印件
If the employee has already got the working permit or the residence permit the family apply the Z Invention letter need the Copy of Family' Home Page.Certificate proof of family relationship(Family visa application)
