L1签证，跨国经理人或者跨国公司调派人员（Intracompany transferee Visas）签证，顾名思义，谈到跨国经理或者跨国职员，就得有跨国公司，通俗的讲，就是中国有公司，以中国公司的名义在美国成立分公司，子公司、附属公司，以跨国经理，主管或者技术人员的身份到美国去工作，去经营这个分公司，是一种工作签证，允许有移民倾向。

一、合格的公司关系：

公司关系是此类签证的特殊要求，在整个申请过程中非常重要。按照规定，被派遣人员持L1签证在美国工作期间，中国公司和美国分公司必须一直在进行商务活动，同时，母公司和分公司之间必须有明晰的附属产权关系。

母公司和子公司之间的产权关系只需符合下列任一条件，国内人员就能够申请L-1签证：

1、美国公司和中国公司属于同一个集团、公司或实体；

2、中国公司对美国公司拥有50%的股份或者美国公司拥有中国公司的50％股份；

3、美国公司和中国公司均有50％以上的股份被第三家公司或者同一集团和个人拥有；

4、美国公司或者中国公司的投资双方应在其共同的某企业（即母公司）中各拥有50％股份；

5、派遣人员的公司对派遣人员管理的公司有有效控制权。
