有关会计档案保管期限的确定
根据财政部、国家档案局1998年8月联合发布的《会计档案管理办法》第八条的规定，会计档案的保管期限分为永久、定期两种，其中定期又分为3年、5年、10年、15年、25年五个档次。各种会计档案的保管期限具体如下：
第一、永久保管的会计档案：
1、财政总决算、行政单位和事业单位的决算、税收年报(决算)、会计档案保管清册、会计档案销毁清册;
2、企业和其它组织的年度财务报告(决算，包括文字分析)、会计档案保管清册、会计档案销毁清册。
第二、保管25年的会计档案：
1、行政单位、事业单位的现金出纳账和银行存款账;

3、企业和其它组织的现金出纳账和银行存款账。
第三、保管15年的会计档案：
1、财政总预算的拨款凭证及其它会计凭证、总账、明细分类分户账或登记簿、会计移交清册;
2、行政单位和事业单位的各种会计凭证、日记账、总账、明细分类分户账或登记簿、会计移交清册;
3、税收会计的各种完税凭证和缴库退库凭证、农牧业税结算凭证、总账、明细分类分户账或登记簿、会计移交清册;
4、企业和其它组织的各种会计凭证、日记账、总账、明细分类分户账或登记簿(除过现金出纳账和银行存款账)、会计移交清册。
第四、保管10年的会计档案：
1、财政总预算会计收到的国家金库编送的各种报表及缴库退库

凭证、各收入机关编送的报表、行政单位和事业单位编送的年度报表、税收年报(决算)、国家金库年报(决算)、基建拨款贷款年报(决算);
2、税收会计收到的国家金库编送的各种报表及缴库凭证、月度季度税收会计报表(包括票证报表)。
第五、保管5年的会计档案：
1、财政总预算会计、行政单位和事业单位会计的月度季度报表、已报废固定资产的明细账(卡片);
2、企业和其它组织的银行余额调节表、银行对账单和已报废固定资产的卡片。
这里要特别强调的是，以上关于会计档案的保管期限，均为最低的保管期限，各类会计档案的保管原则上应当按此执行，如遇特殊情况应进行具体分析。
