三、立遗嘱注意事项

1、只能处置本人的财产，不要处置配偶的财产;

2、必须保留未成年人的财产份额;

3、表述要清晰。写明房产的地址、面积和房产证编号和继承份额等。

4、自己书写，签名，写上年月日。
