名片制作流程 V3.0
1、为了节省开支,申请名片的目的只能是签证申请需要、客户拜访或者是经理使用。
2、请填写好GDC名片申请表(如下表)并把申请表和申请理由发给你的一线经理审批。
3、一线经理审批同意前,需要检查申请理由以及申请人的职务并核实内容,包括其拥有的证书等。(*注:为简化名片申请流程,新流程已省略之前需要得到Operation Manager批准的步骤。)
4、申请人将审批后的申请表发给名片申请协调员:刘阳(Notes ID: Yang q liu/China/Contr/IBM, ext:76688)。
5、名片申请协调员会在确认申请已经得到审批后,把申请表发给供应商。
6、通常名片制作的周期是7个工作日。制作商不受理加急业务。所以请申请人提前一段时间申请,以免影响和耽误工作。名片制作商将做好的名片统一邮寄给协调员,协调员将通过邮件的形式通知申请人领取名片。
7、申请人领取名片时需在“名片领取明细表”上签字。
8、名片会正反两面分中英文印刷,如无特殊要求,中文一般为简体中文。

1、For cost consideration, name card is now only available for managers.Other employees can only apply for name card for the purpose of Visa Application, Customer Liaison and Manager Usages.2、Please fill out the GDC name card request form(attached in the Chinese version tab of this note)and send the request form and busine justification to your reporting manager to get approval.3、Reporting manager shall check the busine justification, title and verify the content, including certification if any, prior to the approval.(*P.S.: We have cancelled the step of getting approval form Operation Manager to simplify the proce).4、Please then forward the approved form to name card coordinator: 刘阳(Notes ID: Yang q liu /China/Contr/IBM, ext:76688)。
5、Name card coordinator will check the approval and forward the form to supplier.6、The production of name card takes 7 workdays.Urgent request will not be accepted.So please arrange it in advance.The suppliers will deliver name cards to our coordinator who will let you know via note.7、Applicant shall sign on the receipt form when getting name cards from coordinator.8、Contact information in English and Chinese will be printed on each side of the name card respectively.The Chinese language is simplified version unle you have a special request.DL Site Name card coordinator contact information:
