Administration rule of Printing/Copy Room
1.请自觉爱护和正确合理使用打印室/复印室内的各项设施和资源 Please fair use the facilities and resources in the Printing/Copy Room;2.请打印确实需要打印的文档，尽量不打印和少打印；
Please only print the neceary documents, try “not print” and “le print”.3.请打印之前根据需要设置好选择黑白打印还是彩色打印；
Please set up the right option such like printing in black and white or in color before printing.4.请打印之前请设置好打印格式，并且尽可能使用双面打印；
Please set the print format before printing, using double-sided printing as poible as you can.5.请打印后及时收取打印出的文件；
Please timely collect the printed documents after printing;6.打印室/复印室内未取走文件将在每周五进行集中销毁；
All printed document which was not taken in printing/copy room will be disposed every Friday.7.打印复印室内他人的打印出的文件，请帮助放置在待取文件筐内；
Please help put other partner’s printed document in the file basket of the Printing/Copy Room;;8.请您打印后先查找自己打印出的文件，避免二次打印造成浪费； Please find your printed document in file basket first, avoid the 2nd print;9.使用装订工具（如装订机、碎纸机、塑封机等）后, 请及时关闭并在原位放好；
Please shut the Binding tool(Such as binding machines, shredders, plastic laminating machine etc.)down after using and put them back to the original place;10.请及时清理装订或制作后遗留的垃圾（如碎纸片、塑封边角等）； Please clean-up the litter timely(such as scraps of paper, plastic edge angle, etc);11.最后离开打印室/复印室的人，请随手关灯。Please turn the lights off in the print/copy room after work.良好的办公环境，需要大家共同努力！A good office environment needs everybody’s efforts!
