张秋生个人简介
张秋生，毕业于华东师范大学历史系，获国际关系史专业博士学位。现为中国澳大利亚研究会副会长、教育部对澳大利亚教育交流专家组成员、江苏省世界史学会副会长、江苏省东南亚学会副会长、江苏徐州师范大学历史文化与旅游学院教授、历史系主任、校澳大利亚研究中心主任。1990年以来曾多次赴澳大利亚La Trobe 大学、Sydney大学、University of Western Australia大学、University of Adelaide等大学和研究机构进修访学，任客座研究员。
多年来致力于中澳关系史、澳大利亚外交史与亚太地区国际关系研究，主持多项省部级和国际合作科研项目，已出版著作7部，在《世界历史》、《历史档案》、《当代亚太》、《现代国际关系》、台湾《历史月刊》、澳洲《汉声杂志》等海内外刊物发表学术论文60余篇,拓宽了中外关系史研究的领域，引起了国内外学术界的重视。专著《澳洲简史》先后在香港开明书店（1992年）和台湾书林出版社（1996年）出版，专著《澳大利亚华侨华人史》（外语教学与研究出版社1998年）、《澳大利亚与亚洲关系史1940-1995》（北京大学出版社2002年）分获江苏省第六届、第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果三等奖。
1996-1999年与澳洲学者共同承担澳联邦政府国际合作重点项目《澳联邦建立前后中国人的反应》。承担江苏省政府“十五”规划课题《澳大利亚与亚洲关系研究》、江苏省政府十五规划滚动课题《战后中澳关系与华人移民问题研究》、国务院侨办重点课题《澳大利亚对华移民政策演变与华人新移民研究》、中国社会科学院世界史所重点课题《列国志·澳大利亚》（中国社会科学文献出版社2003年出版）、澳大利亚外交外贸部项目三项Immigration Policies of Australia and Export of Asian Education（03-04）；New Chinese Immigrants in Australia and Sino-Australian Relations（04-05）与Australia and Globalization（05-06）等。所指导的研究生有七人次获澳大利亚外交外贸部科研基金资助，并赴澳大利亚从事研究。所领导的徐州师范大学澳大利亚研究中心于2004年11月成功举办了第九届中国澳大利亚研究国际学术讨论会。
Qiusheng ZHANG, Doctor of Philosophy in the History of International Relations graduated from the History Department of East China Normal University.He is now the Vice President of the Australian Studies Aociation of China, member of panel communications with Australia in the Chinese Ministry of Education, Vice President of World History in Jiangsu Province, the Vice President of Southeast Asia Studies Aociation in Jiangsu Province, profeor of School of History Culture and Tourism in Xuzhou Normal University, Dean of History Department andDirector of the Australian Studies Centre of Xuzhou Normal University.He is also the visiting scholar in La Trobe University, University of Sydney, University of Western Australia, University of Adelaide and some other research institutes.Profeor Zhang has been teaching and researching the History of International Relations, the History of Sino-Australian Relations and Australian Diplomatic History for a number of years and preside many research projects granted by Province, Ministry and International Cooperation Programs.Profeor Zhang has also published 7 books and published 60 academic articles in(Taiwan),(Australia), which expand the research fields in Sino-Foreign Relations and attract many experts attention home and abroad.Jiangsu Province.Profeor Zhang undertaken the international collaboration projects granted by Australian Federal Government with Australian scholars from 1996 to 1999 and he is now undertaking the following projects: Australia-Asia Relations Research and Postwar Sino-Australia Relations and Chinese Immigration Research funded by Jiangsu Province;The Evolution of Australian Immigration Policy and New Chinese Immigrants Research granted by Government of China and Studies on World’s Nations: Australia funded by World History Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.The following three projects: Immigration Policies of Australia and Export of Asian Education（03-04）;New Chinese Immigrants in Australia and Sino-Australian Relations（04-05）;Australia and Globalization（05-06）funded by Australia-China Council in Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australian Federal Government were succefully completed.postgraduates were funded by Australia-China Council and some of them made and some will continue to take their researches in Australian Universities.Australian Studies Centre of Xuzhou Normal University succefully hosted the Ninth International Conference of Australian Studies in China in November, 2004.
