航海设备由二副负责统一管理，应熟练掌握操作规程，严格按（技术）说明书有关要求使用，按照规定的周期进行维护保养，并做好记录。
The second officer is responsible for unified management navigation equipments and should be familiar with the equipment operating procedures, which should be operated in strict accordance with(technical)instructions.Maintain the navigation equipment in accordance with the cycle of provisions, and make a record.1.雷达Radar
1.1.如需对雷达天线维护保养、检修或上雷达天线平台工作，必须将雷达总电源开关置于
“断”位，并在显示器周围醒目处挂示“严禁开机”警告牌，方可进行工作。
If it is neceary to maintain and repair the radar antenna or work on the radar platform, the main power switch must be placed on the radar “off” position, and a warning sign “no boot” should be hanged around the monitor, so that such work could be started.1.2.在维护收发器和显示器时，应将高压储能器件对地放电，防止高压触电。
In the maintenance of transceiver and monitor, high energy storage devices should be discharged on the ground to prevent high-voltage electric shock.1.3.隙缝天线（或抛物面天线）上的油烟灰尘至少半年清除一次，清除时应用软湿布、软
毛刷清水清洁，不得油漆。
At least half a year to clean lampblack dust on the lot antenna(or parabolic antenna), soft damp cloth and soft brush except paint should be used to clean.1.4.收发器和显示器内灰尘每半年清除一次。
Clean the dust in the transceiver and monitor at least half a year.1.5.定期用蘸有洗涤液或清水的软布轻轻擦抹方位标尺表面和阴极射线管表面。
Regularly wash and clean the surface of azimuth ruler and cathode ray using the soft cloth dipped in cleaning solution or water.2.自动雷达标绘仪（ARPA）Automatic Radar Ploting Aids
2.1.ARPA维护保养时，应切断雷达和 ARPA的总电源，并在该电源开关和 ARPA显示器、雷达显示器处挂示“严禁开机”的警告牌。
When maintain the ARPA, should cut off the radar and ARPA’s main power, and hang the warning signs “no power” in the power switch, the ARPA monitor and radar monitor.2.2.对 ARPA 雷达机内维护时，必须将高压储能器件对地放电，以免触电。

3.1.“GPS”表面应经常用于净软布擦净。
Wipe the surface of GPS receiver with a soft and clean cloth.3.2.每3个月必须检查一次天线的固定，防锈、水密等情况。
Must be checked every 3 months once the fixed antenna, rust-proof, watertight and so on.3.3.卫星接收机工作时，不得加罩，前后应留有一定空隙，以便通风冷却。

4.1.机械传动部分要定期清洁、加油、防止灰尘进入机内，不用时主机用罩子罩好。Mechanical transmiion part should regularly be cleaned and refueled to prevent dust from entering the machine, with a hood cover when not use.4.2.定期检查天线、连接电缆和机壳接地等，以保持良好的接收状态。
Regularly check the antenna, connecting cables and chais ground, so as to maintain good reception condition.5.自动操舵仪 Autopilot
5.1.清洁航向匹配器和航向设定器并加油，清洁摩擦离合器及清除橡皮轮上的油污。Clean the course matcher and the course setter and refuel them, clean and remove the oil stain of friction clutch and rubber wheels.5.2.清洁并检查报警装置及其电源。Clean and check the alarm device and its power.5.3.为防止灰尘、杂物落入而损坏齿轮及轴承，除维修外，不随意打开控制部分的盖板。To prevent dust and sundries falling into autopilot to result in gear and bearing damage, in addition to maintenance, be not free to open the cover of the control part.5.4.清洁主操舵台机械传动部分，齿轮及轴承，必要时加数滴精密仪表油或规定的润滑油。Clean the main steering station mechanical transmiion parts, gears and bearings, if neceary, add a few drops of oil for precision instrument or required lube oil.5.5.清洁控制部分的滑环、电刷和触点，以保证接触良好。
Clean the control part slip ring, brush, and contacts to ensure good contact each other.6.陀螺罗经Gyrocompa
6.1.主罗经室应保持清洁、干燥，保持室内温度1O℃－35℃的范围，室内不得堆放杂物。Main compa room should be kept clean and dry, keep the indoor temperature in the range of 1O ℃-35 ℃, room not be allowed to put sundries.6.2.主罗经工作时，应罩好罗经外壳及盖子，防止灰尘侵入。
When main compa works, should be covered with a good compa case and lid to prevent dust intrusion.6.3.检查陀螺球在支承液中的高低位置，必要时按说明书规定添加少量蒸馏水或甘油，并
用虹吸法搅匀。
Check the level position of gyro ball in bearing fluid, if neceary, according to the instructions provided to add a small amount of distilled water or glycerin, and mix with the siphon method.6.4.定期对传动齿轮、轴承等进行清洁和加油。
Regular clean and refuel the transmiion gears and bearings, etc.6.5.定期检查速度及纬度误差校正器机械传动部件的灵活性，必要时加少量润滑油。Regular inspection the flexibility of speed and latitude error correction mechanical transmiion components, if neceary, add a small amount of lube oil.6.6.船舶停靠码头时，应将分罗经用帆布罩罩好。
When the ship docked at the quay, repeater compa should be covered well with canvas.6.7.航行中遇到雨、雪或大风浪等恶劣天气时，必须及时为分罗经罩上帆布罩，防止雨水
侵入及损坏灯光调节器。
During navigation, if the ship was encountered rain, snow or heavy wind, large waves or other inclement weather, the repeater compa points should be covered in time with the canvas to prevent water intrusion and damage to the light modulator.7.测深仪Depth sounder
7.1.测深仪维护时，应关掉面板上的电源开关，切断总电源并挂上警告牌。
When maintaining the depth sounder, should turn off the power switch on the panel, cutting off the main power and put up warning signs.7.2.维护发射器时，应将发射器高压电容放电，以免触电。
When maintaining the transmitter, the transmitter high-voltage capacitor should be discharged to avoid electric shock.7.3.更换保险丝，必须使用符合额定值要求的保险丝，不得随意用其它物品替代。
Replace the fuse must meet the rated requirements of the fuse, not be free to substitute with other items.7.4.经常清除记录器，指示器和收发器面板上的灰尘，保持面板清洁干燥，刻度盘的刻度

regulations said to make it consistent with the scale zero.7.6.船舶停航期间，测深仪长期不用时，必须每半月通电一次，每次不得小于5小时，以
防仪器受潮损坏和换能器及其周围附有寄生物。
During the ship suspending, when the depth sounder long-term no use, it must be charged power once every half a month, not le than 5 hours each time to prevent equipment from wetting and damaging and the transducer from producing parasites around.7.7.船舶坞修时应将船底的“换能器”用纸贴妥，以免误刷油漆，影响测深仪、计程仪等正
常工作，放水出坞前应将贴纸揭掉。
When the ship entered into dock, the “transducer” located in the bottom should be pasted with paper to prevent from brushing paint to affect the sounder and meter instrument normal work, and the paper should be torn off before the ship undocking.8.磁罗经Magnetic compa
8.1.磁罗经平衡环轴承处应加润滑油，使磁罗经始终保持水平状态。
Luojing The balanced ring bearing of magnetic compa should be lubricated to ensure the magnetic compa always maintains a level statement.8.2.投影罗经专用灯的反射罩，应经常用柔软物擦试，使其保持良好的反射功能。
Special reflector lamps used for projecting compa should always be wiped with a soft material to keep it a good reflex function.8.3.不观测方位时，宜将标准磁罗经罩好，在大风浪时要用帆布罩好。
When orientation is not observed, the standard magnetic compa should be covered well, using the canvas to cover it when encounter a heavy storm.9.六分仪Sextant
9.1.擦试镜片要用麂皮或擦镜纸。
Suede or lens wiping paper is required to wipe the lens of sextant.9.2.每架六分仪的误差并不相同，出厂前已由制造厂测定，并记载在六分仪箱盖内侧的鉴
定证书上，因此在六分仪使用完后。不能放错箱子，以免发生差错。
The error fo each sextant is not the same, which has been determined by the manufacturer before delivery, and recorded on the identification certificate of the sextant inside lid.So after usage of the sextant, cannot be placed in the wrong box in order to avoid errors.9.3.六分仪不用时，应放置入箱，扣紧扣妥，存放固定地点，防止潮湿和碰击。
When the sextant is not used, should be placed into the box, buckle properly and closely, kept a fixed location, to prevent moisture and crashing.10.天文钟 Astronomical clock
10.1.天文钟应安置于海图室不易震动及干燥的专用柜内，远离铁板壁及暖气、热风设备与
带有磁性物品之间有规定的间隔距离，除上弦及更换电池以外，柜盖不得任意开启。Astronomical clock should be placed in a special cabinet that is not easy to shake and dry inside, be away from the iron wall, the heating and hot air equipment and keep a separation distance with magnetic items as required, except the winding and replacing the battery, the cabinet lid is not free to open.10.2.天文钟柜内不容许放置任何杂物（秒表及《日差记录簿》亦不得放置在柜内）除负责
保管者（或值班驾驶员）按时开启柜盖进行上弦外，其他人均不得任意开启，以免引起柜内温度急剧变化。
It is not allowed to place any debris in the cabinet of astronomical clock(stopwatch and the “Deterioration Record Book” and shall not be placed in the cabinet), the person who is responsible for custody(or navigator on duty)can open the cabinet lid to wind the clock, the other person cannot arbitrarily open the cabinet to avoid drastic changes in temperature inside the cabinet.10.3.天文钟每天应准点上弦（或定期换电池），航行中上弦由二副负责（停泊中由值班驾
驶员负责）。上弦时动作要稳妥匀称，不得忽快忽慢，以减少震动。
The astronomical clock should be winded every day in particular time(or periodic replace batteries).During navigation, the second officer is responsible for winding(during the ship suspending, the officers on duty takes charge of winding).It is required to wind the clock with secure symmetry, no unsteadine in order to reduce vibration.10.4.天文钟指针不能任意拔动。按规定期限由二副送厂清洗、加油校正。搬运天文钟时应
先停钟，停钟前应先征得船长同意，开航前提前校准停钟时间启动运行，使之正常工作。
The pointer of astronomical clock cannot be arbitrarily turned.According to the deadline, it will be sent to factory for cleaning, refueling and correcting.Astronomical clock should be stopped before moving clock, stop clock should be approved by the captain.Adjust the clock before departure in advance and start the astronomical clock, so as to make the clock work properly.10.5.天文钟每天应定时对时至少一次，航行时对时由二副负责，停泊中由值班驾驶员负责，并将日差、积差（每半月计算一次）温度记入《天文钟记录簿》内，发现异常及时报告船长。《天文钟记录簿》应放置在天文钟近旁的固定地点。
Adjust the astronomical clock time at least once in a particular time, when sailing by the second officer charging, suspending by officer on duty.Such information including temperature of daily difference and accumulated difference(accumulated once per half a month)should be recorded in the “Astronomical Clock Record Book”, if abnormal, report to captain timely.“Astronomical Clock Record Book” should be placed in a fixed location near the astronomical clock.10.6.船长有责监督驾驶员对天文钟的管理和正确使用，经常审核日（积）差的记录情况。The captain has the responsibility to supervise whether the officer on duty manage the astronomical clock and use it accurately, regular review the recording conditions of daily(accumulated)difference.
