Good evening ladies and gentlemen!

It’s a great honor to stand here and give a speech ,the topic of today is “my colorful college life”.Every high school student dreams of the college, certainly, I was one of them and was lucky enough to have been admitted by our Hubei

medical university.it was the summer that I was longing for my coming college life and when I set foot on the campus I knew everything was going to change and a particular kind of life would begin

Havingenrolled in the students’center I almost knew what a “big school” was like for there were countle people ,even though ,my enthusiasm did not decrease any more.Then I took my heavy luggage to my dorm ,What amazed me most was that my roommates were all boys and not a girl anymore.For not knowing their name I made a simple self introduction.Since then our friendship began.In the latter days ,We helped each other when help was needed.and I remembered one day we went shopping in the Wuyanstreet.You know it is very strange for eight boys walking in the street with bags

And latter in the second semester I met my first love we had a great time together although there were joys and sorrows of life ,I believe in the future everything will be better.Despite all of this ,I know college is a place for us to learn sth not

only my profeional knowledge but the elective course.we had a lot of course in the first year of my college and our text book are all so sick that I have never seen before ,it was almost like a dictionary ,what’sworse ,the time in a cla is limited so we have to make it our own matter.so autonomous learning was very important.It took me a long time to get used to it.But latter I really benefit a lot.The pattern of studying in high school was thoroughly changed ,as a result even not required I would love to study.If I had time I also went to library ,there I can read lots of books which are not only reference book of our text book like middle school.from these books I enjoyed a lot.Often in my spare time I would do exercises like basketball and tennis ball.One for strengthen my body the other for entertainment.Because there were not enough time allowed for me to do so in middle school.Various of social practice changed my life from which I learned a lot and had a more positive attitude towards life!
