Good evening, ladies and gentlemen!
Recently, our Chairman, Xi Jinping, imparted to all of us the concept of the “Chinese Dream”.The Great rejuvenation of China can’t be achieved without accomplishing the people’s dream.The people’s dream can’t be fulfilled without a stronger nation.I'm Tang Hecai ,a student majoring in English, my dream is for everyone to have equal rights to education.Regardle of social cla, geographical location, or circumstances of birth, every Chinese citizen should receive a good quality education.It is not only a privilege but a fundamental right!In addition, strategic plans on how to subsidize the fees for education, especially for the le fortunate ones, could be devised in order to ease the burden of student loans and the youth debt crisis.Secondly, I dream that there would be equal job opportunities for everybody.Economic growth may not be sustained if there aren’t enough jobs in our community.I dream that every Chinese family should be able to afford to buy a decent house.Where the median home price is within the common people’s financial means, where we live in an environment drinking clean water, eating food that’s safe for our health, breathing fresh air, and feeling safe from harm;there we could achieve the true meaning of succe and prosperity.Lastly, I dream for peace.I dream for unity and cooperation, not only for our nation, but also for the world.This begins in every family.The basic virtue of love and understanding, in the family, radiates into our society.True harmony begins in our home.The fulfillment of the Chinese Dream emanates from each and every single home.Are we showing love and understanding in our family? Are we teaching the young ones by example? Are we living in a clean, peaceful and happy home? Nobody’s perfect!WE could only try to live our lives to the fullest, cherish our freedom of choice and strive to be happy every day.Thank you, best wishes to all of you!
