“Hey, girls, why not add me to your friends' list of QQ and RenRen ? ”Ladies and gentlemen, you may have taken such request for granted.Nowadays, social networking is almost everywhere.The term stems from the SNS, namely Social Network Service.Over the past decades, many such services have turned up to meet our various demands.Email helps us to deal with busine.BBS(Bulletin Board System)gives us scope to expre ourselves freely.IM(Instant Meage)enables us to get in touch with others as soon as poible.And blog shares our thinking through the Internet.Take Sina Microblog for example.As a microblog-holic, I'm accustomed to posting microblogs whenever and wherever poible.Sceneries of the campus, accident experiences and chance meditations can all be the content.I can follow anyone who interests me as well as be followed by others.My followers including friends, acquaintances and netizens can interact with me by commenting and forwarding my microblogs.I can participate in discuions on popular topics, give those who ask for help one more attention and gain useful information varying from field to field.Besides, verified account users can create a raffle or solicit some advice.The data has showed that in our country there are over 5 hundred million registrations of microblog ,over 4 hundred million of QQ and nearly 2 hundred million of RenRen.Social networking seems to be an indispensable part of our life.Neverthele,we can't deny that social networking also give rise to harms.Firstly,it costs users too much time on cellphones and tablets, which enhances the poibility of physical illnees of their eyes, fingers' cartilages and cervical vertebra.Not only that, but it also brings about psychological problems for users.Imagine that it's the family party where parents and their kid should talk about interesting events.However, the father may be busy in emails to handle some busine,while the mother and the kid can't help to updating their Facebook and Twitter, which will inevitably deepen the gap between generations.It's the same case in other conditions.That's why some people control social networking in their hands, meanwhile lose face-to-face communication in reality.Another drawback is that people spend much working time on social networking,which will definitely lower their working efficiency.In addition, important information and data can slip away by accident which may cause serious consequences.My opinion is that we should find a trade off between advantages and disadvantages of social networking.For one thing, keeping pace with the world is important;for another, conversion from the fictitious world to reality is vital.To do this, we should spend le time on it to do more meaningful things such as meeting friends.Say it's your birthday.You can receive both gifts from roommates and bleings from net friends.It's fabulous,isn't it?
