Well, I think the open, friendly and supportive values are critical to one's succe, especial for a team.One year ago, two other students and I took part in a competition of Shandong Province.As the leader of the team, I not only had my own work done well, but had to organize the team members so that we could cooperate each other to fulfill our program.Althogh I was the leader, each member was free to come up with his or her viewpoint and we would adopt it if the idea was helpful to our program.In the progre of the program, we helped each other when we ran into complication.Thanks to cooperation, mutual support and acce to offer individual's opinion, we fulfilled the program and got the first prize.
