Maybe many of us will attribute the achievements to their great talents not their hard work.However, I want to say, in fact those succeful people work harder than we expect.In general, we often focus more on people’s achievement or other glorious aspects than their efforts and pay behind the halo.There was a time when I felt discouraged and tired for lack of confidence and motivation when in senior school.Compared with those top students, I thought I wasn’t clever enough as them and it seemed that I had studied hard but I did not make much progre.I held the view that there is no need for those gifted people to work very hard and they can still succeed, until I lived with a clamate who always ranked the first.In dormitory, she studied very hard and stayed up late while other roommates fall asleep.Every night, I saw her studying under the cover of quilt with her small lamp and her shadow casted on the wall, I was ashamed, moved, and encouraged because of her perseverance.From then on, I became to know that not everything can be done so easily as I thought and I shouldn’t complained any more.This is just an example in our daily life.There are too many people who work very hard and suffer a lot out of our sight.For teachers, you may think it’s so easy for them to teach students for 40 minutes but they have to make preparations for several hours even several days.They need review the knowledge, write teaching plans, search many other things in different ways, and improve their skill to communicate with students.For performers, from the screen we enjoy their performances which are perfect and vivid, but if you have seen some behind-the scenes, you will know that to create a perfect scene, all the performers will repeat their actions many times until there is no NG.When it comes to beauties who are often the focus of attention, we will envy them but you know, in order to keep fit and beautiful, many of them have to do exercise every day, go on a diet and take good care of their fair skin at all costs.On the stage, many presenters behave so graceful and sedate, and they can speak fluently in many kinds of languages.All of this, I think we can’t calculate the time that they have spent and they must have much rehearsal before the presentation.In addition, those fashionable people may hang around many shops and try on clothes again and again before finally they find suitable clothes.All of these turn out that to realize their dreams, many people work much harder than we can expect and maybe we can’t imagine.So do not take it for granted that every succeful person’s achievement result from his or her talents.If you think so, if you aren’t gifted, you will be discouraged.There is no denying that many people are born with talent, but most of them still work hard so they make difference.Anyway, for succe, the efforts are badly in need of.Just as a saying, when those people who are more excellent work harder than you, you have no qualification to complain that you have done all you can.Now, stop complaining and don’t abandon yourself to despair, just cheer up and try your best.When you are tired on the way to your dream, stop to take a rest and then go on.Maybe your efforts will be paid one day.
