Summary:Manages a variety of general market activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.Duties 1.Develop a marketing programs plan, which covers strategy, activities

and budget

2.Hire and manage marketing programs profeionals to execute all activities

3.Actively participate in the development of the company’s positioning and key marketing meages

4.Work closely with the product development team to identify new products and will be responsible for leading global marketing and

communication strategy

5.Conduct and specify marketing requirements for market and customer research

6.Identify opportunities and develop information to define markets, market potential, competition and product requirements that are the key to

succeCompetency:
