In contemporary society, it is not uncommon for some individuals to have temporary jobs as the pace of modern life is increasingly fast and streful, and the competition of employment is growingly stiff.However, in my opinion, the drawbacks of temporary jobs far outweigh the benefits to employees and thus it is unadvisable to be involved in if people are not forced to.Admittedly, under the situation when a person is not available or not able to take the full-time jobs, a temporary job，may to some extent, be beneficial to him in providing chances to accumulate working experience and gain some spending money.However, with government’s growing concern in improving the employment rate, with the public’s awarene in enhancing their abilities to adapt to the employment, and with the rising provision of job opportunities
under the trend of economic development, the above mentioned cases are rare in comparison, making the choice of temporary jobs meaningle.Nonethele, temporary jobs may fail to reflect people’s true value to the society.Specifically, because they are usually offered chances to tackle some unimportant matters, they have few opportunists to demonstrate their real
abilities.Also, temporary jobs, as the name defines, may be stopped suddenly, or replaced by somebody else, and thus prevent the participants from making efforts in contributing to the society.Additionally, these employees are far from being able to benefit a lot from doing those temporary jobs.Those who do temporary jobs are paid relatively much lower compared with those who do full-time jobs, and thus it is difficult for them to support their families.Besides, they are le likely to be promoted no matter how hard they try because those chances are always given to the full-time staff.Moreover, the experience they accumulate may not satisfy the requirements of the future employers, in that what they do are usually not important and not profeional.To sum up , temporary jobs are far from being satisfactory to employees.Only with a far sight and good plan to be involved in full-time jobs, can people realize their dreams in career and support their families, showing their real value to the society.当前社会，现代生活节奏不断加快、压力不断增大，就业竞争也不断增大，一些人做临 时工作也很普遍了。然而，我认为做临时工作弊大于利，因而要不是逼不得以，不建议人们 做临时工作。
不得不承认，在人们无法从事全职工作的情况下，从某种程度上来说，临时工作确实能 提供机会让人们积累工作经验、赚钱。然而，政府正逐步关注提高就业率，人们增强环境适 应能力的意识提高了，当前经济发展形势下工作机会也正在上升，之前所说的情况相对来说 已经鲜有了，那选择临时工作就没意义了。
然而，临时工作无法体现人真正的社会价值。尤其是临时工作往往需要人们处理一些不 重要的事情，他们很少有机会展现他们真实能力。此外，不管他们工作多么努力，他们鲜有 可能得到晋升，因为晋升机会往往是提供给全职工作的人。进一步，他们积累的经验可能无 法满足未来工作的要求，因为他们做的事往往不重要、也不专业。
总之，临时工作远远无法满足人们就业。只有从事全职工作、做一个长远的计划，人们 才能实现职业梦想、养活家人、展现他们的社会价值。
