Good morning , ladies and gentlemen.It is my greatest honor to be here today.My name is...Today I’d like to share my personal experience of happine and bitterne of being an English teacher.Working as a teacher, maybe there is nothing special in our life.But there is a belief in our deep heart’s core , is people often said: Teacher is the engineer of human spirit.I still remember, two years ago, when I stood at the teacher’s desk for the first time, I felt so good and interesting to stay with so many lovely students.I treated them as friends, but before long , the problems has come out.Maybe because I was too young and lack of experienced to control them well.Some students paid no attention in my cla, did not behave themselves at all.Some boys even kept on talking, acting, and asking questions.I felt ashamed and helple.At that time ,I asked myself: What should I do? I can’t get along with them like that any more.If a teacher can’t set up her dignity in front of her students, it will make the cla teaching more difficult.I must be strict with them that I thought in my heart silently.I just criticized the students seriously

whenever they talked in cla or even moved a little.I thought they would listen to me sooner or later.Yes, I could control the cla , but the students and the

atmosphere became strange.No, they were not listening to me.It was too quiet.The breathle silence urged me to consider the way I was teaching.How to stimulate my cla and show them my warmth, so that they can enjoy their study in English?After that, I was strict with them as before , but I did not always criticize them.I pay more attention to what should be praised, what should be criticized.Anyone who behaved well, I praised him.And if the students performed very active, I encouraged them in a friendly way, the students were just shocked!But I could find there was more happine and excitement in their eyes!This impreed me.And now, I keep on working even harder.I prepare my leons carefully.I use Flash, pictures, riddles, and interesting stories to make great efforts to help the students to learn

more.But I will never forget one thing, love and strict.In order to give them strength, let them feel happy, make them confident.I praise and criticize them wisely.The children do enjoy the English leon now, when they tell me the answers in great excitement, I can feel their gladne, and my smile is more sincerely than ever!I am proud of being a teacher.I like students, teaching will be my life-time career.Thank you for your listening.
