Go for it.B:My name is Jerish, 24 years old.I comes from Jangsu province and I graduated from the Tourism Management Program of JinIing Institute of Technology.During my schooltime,I have worked as a’ league branch secretary’ for four years,and been selected as ‘excellent leader’.Besides,I took part in many activeties and social practices,been honered by school as’advanced individual’.I am intersted in turism ,and I majored in turism managemant too.I think that I can do a good job for you.Thank you.A: What are strong/weak points?

B:As for strong points,I think I am full of enthusiasm,and I am responsible for myself and others.I feel I am hardworking and diligent.I have strong leadership skills.My friends around me all describe me as warmhearted and optimistic.Last but not least ,I love making friends.I enjoy communicating with others.I have the ability to work well with others.So,here comes my defect.When I do things,I have a habit of thinking it from different aspects,so this may be called ‘hesitation’,and this is why sometimes others finished things faster than me.A: Why do you want to work in travel agency?

The most important reason is that I love turism and I am very intersted in it.I learned many things about tourism as a college student whose major is tourism management,and,and every time I have new ideas about turism.I think working in trave agency can bring harvest to my Iife.A: Do you have any previous work experience?

B:I took tour guide as a partime job during my school time.I learned many things from expriend tour guide ,trave agency as well as my tourists.Besides, I worked as a waiter in a hotel.I had chances to combine theroy and practice.Moreover ,I took tutor as a partime jobe.A: What do you see yourself doing five years from now?

B:Of course ,firstly I shall devote myself to being a good chinese tour guide.Besides,I have my English tourist guide certificate , I wouId working as a Team Leader for outbound travel.I would be a good guide for my tourist from home and abroad.A: What kind of salary are you looking for?

B:Money is important, but the responsibiIity that goes along with this job is what interests me the most.I hope my salary should not down the local average wage.A: When wouId you be willing to start?

B:You know I have been graduated from my school,I cant waite to devote my life into doing my tourism job.I hope I can start your precious job as soon as poible.
