China is a worldwide famous country with ancient civilization.During the long history about 5000 years, wine and wine culture has been an important part of Chinese culture.Long time ago,Chinese ancients often use good wine to entertain the visitors.While drinking, the host likes urging the guest to drink more in order to expre the host’s honesty and friendship.Nowadays,Chinese people drink wine for many reasons.For example,wine is often used to celebrate different festivals and celebrations.Besides,drinking wine is an important social activity for Chinese people.We always say that a big contract is often signed on the dinner table.In a word,wine plays an important role in the daily life of Chinese people.However,everybody knows that having too much wine can do harm to people's health.Moreover,wine has killed many people indirectly.The reason is that drunk driving has become a grave problem in China.We often hear about deaths and injuries resulting from drunk driving.There is a drunk driving tragedy which deeply impreed me.The car accident was caused by a vice-president of one university in China.Two students were killed and three students were wounded.The main factor that lead to the problem is that people always pay little attention to drunk driving.People always believe their driving skills and take the chances to avoid punishment from the traffic police.The light punishment on drunk driving is another important factor.Many people say that the light penalty is the primary reason why drunk driving has been on the rise.In order to eliminate drunk driving,stricter traffic laws are not enough.From my point of view,The public should be educated about the harmfulne of drunk driving.Drivers should know that drunk driving can not only directly threaten the safety of themselves but also the lives of the others.So,If you already have a drink,call a taxi would be the best choice.
