1301100218There is a claic but twist story.A traveling salesman got a flat tire on a dark ,lonely road and then discovered that he didn't get a jack.He then saw s beam of light in a farmhouse.Before he walked toward it ,he said to himself :“ is there anybody in the house?” “does he have a jack?” “what should I do if he doesn't want to lend me a jack?” The more he thought ,the angrier he was.When the door opened, he punched the farmer and yelled:“keep your lousy jack!”
This story may bring you a smile ,because it mocks at a type of self-defeatists.Someone who says no to himself first no matter what happened.How often do you said to yourself :“ I will fail.” “I will never make it like that person.” “I will ma it up.” Such inner voice may affect your life more that anyone else or other exterior reasons.This gloomy thought will never support and encourage but beats you unle you face it bravely and correct it.Simply ,to feel better ,to live happily, you need to think better.Here's how:
