My Understanding of Succe
The understanding of personal succe varies from person to person.Some people believe that the poeions of fame and power are symbols of succe while others hold the view that being renowned over the country is succe.Since there is no definite answer, I have my own thinking.As far as I am concerned, succeful man has the following four aspects.I am going to elaborate on them.First of all, a succeful man should have a happy family.There are two reasons for that.On one hand, “Succe” means people can get what they want and we are acknowledged that happine is one of them for no one lives for misery.So people can not be called a succe without the obtain of happine.In our lifetime, family is the eternal fountain of happine.If a man does not have a happy family he would live in loneline and for my part a lonely man could not enjoy the eence of life, so he can not be called a succe.On the other hand, people who has a happy family must be a very responsible man for his life and the people around him.We all confe that only those who have strong responsibility can make a big difference.In addition, a succeful career is necearily a symbol of a succeful man.I put that sentence not because I value the wealth or the status but the proce.Great men always have three virtues.The first one is having firmly ambition which inspire them to work hard for it.The
second one is rising up to challenge, which shows their courage and persistence.The last one is extraordinarily intelligent to grab every chance.Those qualities distinguish them from ordinary people and make them admirable.I take succeful career into consideration because it is a display of virtues which should be prominent people.Furthermore, it is thought that man should not live only for himself.As Bertrand Ruel put it “Three paions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind.” So I think a succeful man should be sympathetic for the poor and for the sufferings of mankind just as Ruel said.I like those people who are fabulously wealthy as well as completely kind-hearted.They are really great men and deserve our tribute.However, in our society there are many rich people but they are extremely brutal for they only live for themselves and never think about others.One group of people among them are called “rich rednecks” which contains negative meaning.They are typically selfish people only knowing how to show off their money without a little bit pity for other people.So I really appreciate people both have money and sympathy and they are truly succeful persons.Last but not least, a succeful man should be able to reach the harmony inward.I have been so admirable for philosophers and psychologists for they can see through human kind and find a solution to
solve the mental illne.Our mental problems are easy to be detected by others but extremely hard to be discovered by ourselves.So in my opinion a succeful man should be able to look into his heart, which brings two benefits.For one thing it is beneficial to the person himself.Living in this world we are inevitable to meet challenges which can ruin our determinations.If we really understand what kind of person we are through reflection we shall know how strong human kind could be and what a contributory world we are living in.The world is full of contradictions so that we are not able to resolve them all.when we know that we can be inwardly harmonious in tough situations, thus we could share more time and mood to appreciate the bright side of life.The other benefit is for others.When we are inwardly harmonious we would be calm when irritated by others, that is to say, we are likely to be more generous to others.If people could reach that Spiritual level, this world would be more beautiful.Inward harmony playing such a important role in making the world a better place, that is why I take it as a standard of the aement of a succeful man.In conclusion, those are my understandings of succe.In my past days I had lived according to that criteria and in the future I will persist in practicing it.
