Good morning,eveyrone,What is the most important thing in the world?I think it is health.You can take away our money ,house,car or even our clothes and we can survive.But if you take away our health,We should surely die.Thatis why we always try to in a healthy way and exercise regularly

Today,I’d like share with you there relatively easy,proven techniques for keep fit.That is,first,eat healthy food;second,take more exercise;third,stay with you friend.The first method is to eat healthy food.Avoid to eat food in high fat,like french-fries or cookies.Sometimes eat little meat.And eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which full of vitamins.The second methond is to take more exercises ,it helps us build a stromg body.Regular exercises is an important part of keeping our health.The third mrthod is to stay with friends.Friends are an important part of one’shealth.Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick le than those who don’t.We feel better when we with our friends.And we will laugh with friends,laughing is make a great benefit to our health.By eating properly and exercising regularly,we can keep our body at a proper weight and keep healthy,By spending with friends,we can keep our mind as well as our body happy,These thingound easy to do,but not many people can manage them.I think a strong will also is a neceary if we want keep fit
