Teacher Contract

I.II.III.PARTY B’s monthly salary is

a.PARTY B will be paid overtime pay for additional hours of teaching.b.Income tax will be taken out of the salary in accordance with the Personal Income Tax Law of the People’s Republic of China.Obligations of PARTY B

a.PARTY B shall observe PARTY A’s work system and regulations and accept PARTY A’s arrangement, direction, supervision and evaluation in regard to his/her work.b.PARTY B shall complete tasks on in time, and guarantee the quality of work

c.PARTY B shall not render service elsewhere or hold concurrently any post unrelated to the work agreed on with PARTY A.d.The work time of PARTY B will be 8 hours per day, five days per week.e.PARTY B shall observe the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government and shall not interfere in China’s internal affairs.Obligations of PARTY A

a.PARTY A will introduce PARTY B to the laws, decrees and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government, PARTY A’s work system and regulations

concerning the administration of foreign teachers, in English.b.PARTY A will provide PARTY B with the neceary working and living conditions.c.PARTY A shall give direction, supervision and evaluation of PARTY B’s work.d.PARTY A shall pay PARTY B’s salary regularly each month.Termination of Contract

a.PARTY A may terminate this contract for the following reasons:

i.Insubordination, Unprofeional, unethical or illegal conduct.ii.Non-attendance including exceive leave.b.PARTY B may terminate the contract if:

i.PARTY A is unable or unwilling to fulfill promises outlined in this contract
