-Rich experiences with development cooperation with most of the international
organizations operating in China in the rural development sector(IFAD, WB, ADB, GTZ, UNDP, WFP, PLAN International, etc);
-Flexibility, creativity and communication skills when working in an intercultural and
international environment;
-Long exposure to the academic, governmental, international and non governmental
