陕西送变电工程公司，成立于1950年9月，隶属于西北电力集团陕西省电力公司，是以超高压输电线和变电站施工安装为主的国家一级施工资质企业。
公司现有职工1698人，其中各类工程技术人员355名，中级以上生产技术工人640人。现有固定资产1.02亿元，拥有进口张力放线设备、大型液压吊车、250吨大型平板车、液压带电跨越架，铁塔自动生产线、数控机床、8MF型钢生产线及土石方运输、电器设备调试及计算机网络系统。
公司主要承担35千伏及以上各种电压等级送电线路、变电站的建筑、安装、调试、铁塔制造、电器制造、微波工程及超长、超高设备的运输、城网、农网改造及电力抢修等工程。
49年来，公司广大干部职工发扬“敢打硬仗，争创一流”的企业精神，建成国内外、省内外送电线路万余公里，安装变电容量万余千伏安，产参加全国第一条330千伏刘家峡—天水一关中送电线路，±千伏葛洲坝一上海送电线路，500行伏文西天生桥一州送电线路，500千伏云南漫湾电厂一昆明送电线路及500千伏上海黄渡变、220千伏深圳龙华变、坪山变等工程的施工，为国家电力建设，特别是陕西电网建设做出了重要贡献，被誉为电力建设“野战军”。
党的十一届三中全会及改革开放20年来，陕送人以抢抓机遇，开拓市场，勇于创新的精神，站稳陕西、面向全国、走向世界，先后在广州、深圳、四川、云南、广西、甘肃、山东、江苏、浙江等20个省市承揽工程，足迹遍及大江南北，长城内外。陕以精良的设备、先进的技术及现代化管理手段，在国内同行业中赢得了信誉。1998年底实现安全生产2700天，实现产值2.49亿元，97年通过了国家方圆委ISO--9002质量体系认证并于98年通过年度复审。
