Today I’m glad to be here with you.We will discu the iue on” how to deal with stre”.As we all know, Stre is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it.Especially as the pace of modern society is getting faster and faster, So we have to balance the study and entertainment.In fact, a little bit of stre can give us motivation and excitement to achieve goals succefully.However, both our bodiesand feelings will be influenced by stre.On the one hand, we may get the heart disease, on the other hand, we may become depreed and anxious.Therefore, as we can’t avoid the stre, in order to let our mental and physical health, we need to be aware of stre and learn how to deal with it.Different things work for different people, but here are five commom methods may suit you.First, sometimes stre isn't caused so much ,And it depends on our attitude.so the most important thing you shoud do is to sure whether this thing is deserve.And don’t make small problems seem bigger than they are.Second, take exercise is a good way to reduced preure.Such as walking a long time ,running ,playing basketball or do something you really like.After sweat heavily ,you may feel a lot relieved.Third, eat healthy food.A good diet includes plenty of nutrition ,it can let you have a healthy body and reduce your bother sometimes.Also fresh fruits is neceary ,too.Fourth, talk to someone.Talking about problems can sometimes help solve them, or at least make you feel better about them.Sometimes other people can give you new ways of looking at problems or dealing with them.So do not forget talking with your parents ,friends or teachers if you need.Fifth, find time to relax each day.If you think you have not enough time, remember that you better do tasks more quickly and efficiently.Ways to relax including spending time alone in a quiet place ,listening to music ,readinga book or magazine ,walking a dog-or even having a long bath.Don't feel guilty about taking time for yourself.So ladies and gentlemen, at the end of my speech, I conclude my points with a few sentences that we all should believe.We should believe that when we are under trouble what we can do is not only find solutions to solve it but also change our mind and relax ourselves.We should believe that life is always rich and colorful and never let the stre become the whole of our life.In the end, I hope you be able to turn preure into motivation ,and have a happy life.
