As we all know it, the only way to succe is to work hard.Just as a famous saying goes“ no pains,no gains”.It means that nothing can be gained without painstaking efforts and that no knowledge or skill can be acquired without sweat or toil.People who are lazy and want to succeed only by daydreaming can hardly succeed.Nowadays,we are the green-hand in our company,we must learn and work hard to be a capable men.No matter what difficulties we face, we should never gave up on the way pursuing our dream.Every contribution of effort will reward as gains.1 know there are always some people who wait for the opportunities falling on them.But clever men know that the more effort they make, the bigger chance they will have to be succeful.Every effort put in will translate into gains.If we want to succeed in work,we will have to work hard,rise early and work long hours.Although It's not guaranteed that we will succeed when we suffers in pain.However, it's definitely true that we will gain nothing if we had no pain.It means that we will get nothing unle we have paid something.
