A Beautiful Mind

“A beautiful mind” is a documentary.It told a true story about a genius mathematician, John Nash, whose life suddenly took a turn when he was diagnosed with schizophrenia.And it won the 74th Oscars film awards.In 1947, John Nash joined Princeton University and studied mathematics, and in 1950, he got PHD after he wrote a Doctoral thesis which proved Adam Smith’s theory was not complete.This theory is what we called Nash equilibrium now.After that, he entered Wheeler Lab to continue his study.It seems that his future is bright, but you will never know what will happen in next second.He was diagnosed with schizophrenia at the most brilliant part in his life.You can imagine how serious it was when he was told that his friend Charles and his colleague Parcher were not real.With the help of his wife, he finally overcame his mental illne and won the Nobel Prize in 1994.I burst into tears when John stood on the podium and said ‘it is only in the mysterious equations of love that any logic or reasons can be found.I'm only here tonight because of you.You are the reason I am.You are all my reasons.’ It was his wife who supported him and helped him paed the most difficult time in his life.And it was their love that supported his wife to hold on and never gave up him.After seeing this film , I do believe that will and love is the greatest power in the world.
