At present, the work environment has a big change compared with before.People can use mobile, website to help them to work.In the eay, I will discu the future of work.In the future, the work will become transparent.In the past, the productivity and work performance is not easy to measure.But in the future, employees’ work performance is easy to measure.From the work performance, it is easy to compare the employees’ ability and give the relative salary.If employees work efficiently, they can give higher salary.Through these measurements, it can reduce the employee downtime.It is easy to help company to distinguish the bad employees.It can improve the employees’ work efficiency and reduce cost.In the future, the work will become flat.In the past, the work is related to location.And they only use landline phone or snail mail to communicate with others.Nowadays, people can use mobile phone and network to communicate with others.In the future, people can work and communicate with other without distance and depth.(The Future of Work, 2009)For example, a person stay in the overseas, but he has to take a part in a important meeting.In this situation, he can use network to join in the meeting.If the works become flat, it can help workers and society to save energy, money, and time.It is useful to improve the development.The location is not limitation for the work.In the future, the competition of work will become more intense.Because the
