Good morning everyone ,it is my honor to deliver a speech here.Today ,the topic of my speech is how to live a stre-free life.Nowadays ,a lot of people feel under stre because of their difficulties in life.Regardle of young or old ,there are different kinds of strees in their live and so do we.How to live a stre-free life? Next ,I would like to share my opinions with you.To begin with ,it is normal to experience various troubles in our live and we should have a positive attitude toward them.Please put yourself at ease and smile to life.Life just like an angle ,she will reward you if you smile to her.Then ,our preures also come from study.Personally speaking , doing sports is a good way to reduce preures.You can listen to some soft music or chat to your families and friends.On the other hands, We shouldrealize that every coin has two sides.The strees on study may turn into the power which put us forward and forward.Besides ,our human relationships, as it were, lead many strees to us ,too.Everybody is unique.We can not force others to accept our minds when we get along with other people.Nobody is an island and we need friends who can stand on our side when we are in trouble.So please do not keep to yourself, just go outside to meet somebody.That’s all.Thank you.
