“What is your favorite pastime?” If you ask me this question ,I would answer “running” without hesitation.Running, as a sport, appeals to me so much that I feel I can’t live without it.At first, I ran just because I wanted to loose weight.But then I found that I fell in love with it though there was no change about my figure.Now , it doesn’t matter.I just like running.Here are the reasons.In the first place, running , as a form of relaxation, it takes my mind away from academic preure.All my frustration , worries and sadne are gone like mist and smoke and I feel free just like a bird.The feeling is definitely excellent.Secondly, I can think or imagine many things in my mind when running, which are usually not limited to study and it may be illusion.This makes me very happy.What’s more, I may hear or see something during running time.For example, one day, I heard a boy asked his mother : “Why should I run on the fourth running track?” His mother said: “Because Liu Xiang runs on the fourth running track.” Hearing that, I burst into laughter.What’s the link? It’s funny and it’s a bonus, right? Furthermore, I make a habit of running half an hour every day.It’s something I want to continue whether it’s cold or hot and whether I am happy or not.I just run.It gives me patients and I’m thinking I’m persisting in doing something.Last but by no means the least,Irun, I sweat, so I have a good appetite as well as sleep which many people envy so much.Yes, I’m also healthy and happy, so how can I dislike running？
