关于做presentation 的技巧～～ 2008-05-27 12:47 今天上ＡＲＷ课，主要内容是speech&oral presentation , 占期末评分的１０％。偶由于前段时间一直在忙ＩＢ和选修，ＰＰＴ准备得很仓促，演讲稿即使写好了也没排练过几次，可是说是临阵磨枪，加上本人一直有怯场的毛病，结果可想而知－－－２０分的满分只拿了１４分；还被vickie 挑出一堆毛病，什么一些发音有问题啊，lack of eye-contact阿，肢体语言不够啊。。。郁闷半晌～～回来后痛定思痛，在网站上面搜了一些关于作presentation的小技巧，可能会对同学们有帮助。
1.不能紧张，周围最好有个什么可以依靠的东西。
2.可以将一些关键的词汇做好小的卡片，放在手中或者是前面的桌子上，但不要有太多的细节，否则会导致你总是不停的看手中的东西。3.可以适当的应用一些道具，包括你要介绍或者解释的东西时，可以把这样东西相关的拿到讲演的地方，在讲解的过程中可以吸引听众的注意力。4.条件允许的话，可以使用power point等，方便自己的讲解，也不会把讲解弄的很尴尬，但是主要的戏份是在讲演，而不是放映幻灯片。5.可以准备一杯水，其实水的作用是来缓解压力或者当你一下子陷入茫然的时候给自己一个考虑的机会。
6.说话的时候勿求难词，关键是让大家能够听得懂，明白你究竟在说什么。7.说话的语速控制在VOA Special English的速度上，可以使说话更加清晰表述清楚。
8.可以适当的穿插一些互动性的问题，这一点很重要，可以重申你的观点，并且让听众更加了解你要说的事情。
9.结束的时候千万不可以说that is all。类的句型，这一点是外国人特别强调的，可以说thank you for coming等等一类的礼貌的话

１，presentation的目的是向别人介绍你所叙述的话题，并不是内容越高深，词汇越复杂就好，简单易懂是最重要的；这时候不要想着卖弄你的English skill,因为绝大部分听众感兴趣的是presentation的内容，而不是你个人的英语能力。（当然，要想做好presentation，一定的表达能力还是需要的）２，演讲的时候，手中最好不要放东西，即使小卡片也尽量避免，因为那样会使你产生依赖心理而不停的看手中的tips,（我的亲身教训！）同时也限制了你的肢体语言。最好的方法就是把重点都写在幻灯片上面，这样你稍微扫一眼就可以明白要讲些什么。
３，eye-contact不是叫你在演讲的时候死盯着一个地方，通常所说的“紧张的话就一直盯着正前方”在此时是万万行不通的。要使人感觉你是在和听众进行交流，最好的方法就是说的同时目光来回环视听众，而不是仅仅停留在一个地方．眼睛要有神，不要让人觉得你目光呆滞。
４，你的肢体语言要体现一定的意义，并不是双手在那里胡乱的摆动或者做一些无意义的小动作。比如说当你介绍:“There are mainly 3 points....”时，你的手指可以做出数一，二，三的动作；这样的话，会使你的演讲更具有吸引力与亲和力。
５，最后也是最重要的，preparation！就算你的英语再强，如果事先没有充分的准备也还是白搭。把演讲稿背熟是前提，不然在台上忽然忘词的话，一时是很难想起来的（我就有过这种经历！当时尴尬死了。。！时随刻都准备着的人，才会有最大的收获．）只有随
