Recently, besides my daily life, I have done two things.One thing is that I have reading a foreign novel about dogs called The Call of the Wild, the other thing is that I have watching a hit TV series called The Story of Zhen Huan.Through the book and the TV show, I realized the same thing of the two main characters.‘Natural selection, survival of the fittest’ is the truth.So I want to make a comparison of them.Jack London, the author of The Call of the Wild, was born in San Francisco California, United States, a bankruptcy peasant family.Who is a Famous realist writer of the 20th century in the United States, and is one of the most important writers in the history of American literature.The outline of the Call of the Wild is that a civilized world dog in the owner's forced to return to the savage proce, even though writes dog, reflects the human’s world.The dog named Buck lived at a big house called Judge Miller’s place in the sun-kied Santa Clara Valley.His father is a huge St.Bernard;he was not so large, because his mother is a Scotch shepherd dog.During the four years, he had lived the life of a sated aristocrat.But the peaceful of life was broken by one of the gardener’s helpers.Manuel was an undesirable acquaintance.Buck’s second owner is a stout man, who was good at training a dog, because the big stick, buck was yielded to him.Perrault was the third owner, during that time, Buck learned how to fight against the unfair.He became the leader of the dog line.He works day by day, do not have enough food to eat, they are too tired to run.At the edge of his death, John Thornton, the fourth owner appeared.John was a good guy, who treated Buck as a friend.But the quite life is broken by the Indians quickly.Buck went to the wild join in the wolves’ line.Zhen Huan was born in an official family;she is intelligent, better educated, proficient affair.She lived a happy life but the fate changed when she stepped into the Forbidden City.There are so many women, but only one man, the emperor, who is pleased that you will be promoted, otherwise, everyone will bully you, so everyone in the fight for the emperor's like.Zhen Huan was one of the women;she is smarter and loved by the emperor, the Hua Concubine is one of the enemies of her.She is the stone of Zhen Huan’s life.Just like the Queen, the Xiang Bin, and the An Bin and so on.In the end, she becomes the master of the temple.Different people may see the different thing from the story, I get the same point of Buck and Zhen Huan, ‘Natural selection, survival of the fittest’ if you
