The answer is apparent.However, other people don’t agree with this.In their opinion, with the development of our society, more and more studies show that EQ counts more than IQ in career.There are several reasons.In the beginning, IQ means cleverne and intelligence, EQ stand for an ability of judging, deal, adapting and so on.So EQ can help you deal with a lot of problems.When a person is born, his IQ can’t be changed.IQ has been determined from the moment you are born.We can’t improve our IQ.Nonethele, EQ is variable, it is independent of IQ, and we can improve our EQ and learn how to judge, deal, adapt our life.A person with high EQ makes out how to cope with everything which he has to be faced with and can handle it succefully.But a person with a high IQ and low EQ may not get well with others and can’t handle his relationships.As far as I’m concerned, EQ and IQ are both important.Though we can do little to change our IQ, we can pay more attention to studying practical EQ techniques and apply them to real life.People need to do the right decisions without outside influence in this society required teamwork.You need to have enough courage to face the unknown things and can accept the failure.Withstand the preure.To control your emotions, maintain an optimistic heart.Mentioned above cannot be separated from the EQ.So EQ is very important.All in all, they are both important.Modern society requires the talent both have a very nice development.We’ll find our life is becoming better than before, and succe probably is wave it’s hands ahead of you.
