Good morning, everyone!My name is.It is my pleasure and honor to be here and have this fantastic opportunity to expre my feeling for our greatest country –China.Now I would like to share with you all, my speech:I am so proud of being a Chinese.Every time when I heard our national song is singingandthe national flag is rising up in the air.My heart is always beating fast and my eyes are full of tears.Oh China, my motherland, this is your 60thBirthdays!I am cheering for you, for succefully hosted of the 29th Olympic Games, for the HK returned, for the Macaoreturned and for every excited moment that every Chinesepeople proud for.All of these succe moments, because of our strong will gives us so much from 1949-2009.We have the will to have prosperity;we have the will to demonstrate the whole world our just and peacefulhuman rights,and to be strong,goodChinese.Our will has pushed us to go the thousands mileduring these years.Now our country is more powerful and more prosperous in the world.Without our strong will we wouldn't have anything at all.Nowadays, the Chinese people are creating more and more miracles, exhibiting their brand new scenes.All over the world’s people are watching us in the new eyes.That is totally different with the past 8years.When the first time I went for my Englishsummer camp in UK, Imet my camp friends who from all over the world, they always thought I am Japanese or a Koreans.In their mind or some of false information from their country media pre,Chineseteaching system is quiet lower, so the student doesn’t even have the money to school.And now when they ask for my name and where I come from, I always proud to say my name is Zhao Li ping and I am from one of the greatest country in the world-China.Maybe my name is quiet difficult for the foreigners to pronounce, butI

always consist to use my Chinese name instead of easilypronounceEnglish name.BecauseI am a Chinese!All my friends should respect it as the way I respect them.I am proud to be a Chinese because of the great ideals we have stood for and the great feats we have accomplished.China has incredible accomplished in its60 years what few other countries have accomplished in more than hundred years.I am proud of our 5000 history, standing up for the oppreed and staring down the tyrannical.Last year I was invited to have the English afternoon tea in my English friend Amy’shouse(that is a real traditional English family), they served me thedeliciousEnglish scones with English tea.When we talked about the tea culture, myBritish friend told me cha-English tea original from India.They didn’t even know this popular drink which they everyday had was originated fromChina.China already has its own tea culture several thousand years ago.After I told them

the history of Chinesetea and all my British friends were attracted by this beautiful and educational history.Now when they traveled to china, they never forgot to bring some Chinese tea for their friends and told their friend the Chinese tea history which I told them.So can I be proud for being born inthis richest historical country, YES I CAN！!

So what shall we do now?Us！We must study hard and then we can join the team of construction of the world and I believe my country is getting better and better in the future, I am pretty sure, our country will play a more important role on the politics stage of the world, our people will be the richest in the world and our great country will always stand proudly in the east of the world!
