“唛头”又称运输标记（Shipping Mark），也叫“唛”，是货物包装的重要组成部分，是运输包装件上的图形、文字、数字、字母的总称。基主要作用是货物在装卸、运输、仓储过程中容易识别，以防错发错运，也是商检、海关查检、监管的依据，此外还是商品身份的证明。主要内容有主标志、件号、批号、重量标志、体积标志、原产国标志、警告标志等等。出口纸箱唛头方面存在的问题主要有：

（1）唛头缮制、制版人员缺乏必备的专业知识，错字、漏字、添字较多；（2）内容排列繁杂、零乱，版面设计不规范；（3）印刷效果较差，存在露底、脱墨等现象；（4）文字字体、字号、图形比例运用不当等。

出现以上问题的原因主要有以下几方面：有关人员对出口纸箱唛头作用及重要性的认识不足；专业技术力量较弱；用户提供唛头不详细、传递不清晰；缺乏必要的质量管理制度，责任心不强，复核、审核不严等。

因此，出口纸箱生产企业应提高唛头缮制人员责任心，建立建全质量责任制；按合同或信用证规定的唛头式样刷制，未予规定的，按出口设计的式样刷制；提高唛头缮制人员业务水平，掌握有关的规定和方法，唛头设计标准、规范；在颜色、图案的使用上尊重其宗教信仰、风俗习惯；印制过程中不宜采用易退色或易脱色的油墨，并注意油墨用量适中、分布均匀。

另外，出口运输包装件唛头英文用语不准确，不规范，致使唛头内容混乱或错误，极易造成货证不符，查验困难，给仓储、运输、收货等人员带来很多不便，甚至发生外商索赔等后果。因此，应注意唛头用语的标准和规范。
