Don’t worry, they are the post-holiday syndrome.As long as you adjust yourself according my suggestions,you will be renew soon.You should pay more attention to your physical health and adjustment.Firstly, please arrange your diet reasonably.You should eat the food full of vitamin.Vitamin greatly benefits to your health, in which vitamin A can hinder your descendant sight caused by watching TV and playing computer for long time.In the same time,vitamin B benefits to your indigestion caused by ingesting a lot of high-calorie food during holiday.Secondly, you should eat staple food but snacks,even if you are not willing to go to canteen in campus.Thirdly, you should insist taking exercise everyday,which can help you improve your resistance power.Of course, your mental health is not to be neglected.Firstly, you should arrange your leons and time reasonably.You should avoid study too exceively or too relaxedly.Secondly, p;ease make you quite and listen some soft music when you feel anxious.Finally, you should make communication with you friends or your teachers and talk about your problems, which can make you change your minds and find the method to solve

your problems.Please adjust yourself slowly and softly following my tips ,avoid too anxiously.
