I am Newpoon Bungthong.I have been teaching English at Bandung Wittaya School for 33 years.Now I am also the head of Foreign Language Department.Mi Lai Wenhuaworked with me as a Chinese teacherfor a school year(May 10th, 2012March 1st 2013).This is my aement of her work.1.Chinese teacher: She taught in Mattayomsuksa 3(grade 9)and Mattayomsuksa 6(grade 12)for 19 claes a week.She planned leons, prepared claroom materials, ran activities and evaluated student progre.Mi Zhong Wendi understood teaching methodology and applied it well.Her teaching always included active learning for students.She managed the claroom effectively.She also encouraged her students to use Chinese in the “Chinese Club” This helps students have a good attitude towards learning Chinese.2.Student trainer for competitions: Mi Zhong Wendi helped us train students before competitions.MiPornpimon Chaiyaso, her M6 studentwon the first prize in“Chinese Speech Contest”, and Thamonwan Srihathai, M2 student, won the second prize in “Chinese Singing Contest”.Competitions were organized by Khonkaen University and Confucius Institute of KKU.There were more than 60 schools from 20 provinces in the Northeast of Thailand participated in competitions.Mi Zhong Wendi is an excellent Chinese teacher who can teach Chinese as a foreign language very well.I hope your students and teachers can learn and work with her happily because of her pleasant personality and good teaching experience.Yours truly,Mr.Newpoon Bungthong
