受聘方(以下称为外籍教师)自愿来到广州市番禺区担任英语教师.聘用方和外籍教师本着友好合作的精神,同意签定合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务.The Employee(hereafter referred to as “Foreign Teacher”)willingly comes to Guangzhou to be a teacher at Panyu District.The Employer and the Foreign Teacher, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to full conscientiously all the obligations stipulated in it.一.合同期限: Contract period:

The period of service will be from the 12th of February, 2014 to the 12th of February, 2015.二.薪酬标准 Salary criterion 1.受聘方的薪酬为人民币 6000 元/月(包含64节课时)1000元/月的全勤奖,500元/月的交通补贴。
Party B's basic salary will be 6000RMB for 64 claes and 1000RMB for full attendance bonus and 500RMB for transferring allowance.2.工资以月结算 每月十五号发放,不可提前或延误发放,特殊情况除外。
Party B’s alary will be paid on 15th of every month and should not be given in advance or delayed in the absence of exceptional circumstances.3.受聘方每周工作24小时,时间如下:
The working time for Party B is 24 hours each week.Generally Working table: ①
星期三下午 14:00 to 18:00 Wednesday afternoon 14:00 to 18:00 ②
星期五下午 14:00 to 18:00 Friday afternoon 14:00 to 18:00 ③
星期六和星期天9:00 to 18:00 Saturday&Sunday 9:00 to 18:00 * 如遇国家法定节假日,需变更工作时间,聘用方需提前通知,受聘方必须接受安排。
* Party A should inform Party B in advance if there are some changs for the working time in case of National Holiday and Party B must accept the arrangements.4.如果乙方少于此24小时工作时间,则扣除相应的薪酬。
The corresponding wages will be deducted if Party B works le than 24 hours each week.①在周三和周五,如果乙方每迟到一小时将扣除50元人民币。
For Wednesday& Friday, RMB 50 will be deducted if Party B is late per one hour.② 在周六和周日,如果乙方每迟到一小时将扣除100元人民币。
For Saturday&Sunday, RMB 100 will be deducted if Party B is late per one hour.③如果乙方在一个月内周六和周日迟到超过两次或请事假一次病假一次以上将得不到全勤奖励。If Party B late on Saturday and Sunday in a month more than two times or sick leave more than once,would not get a perfect attendance award.三.外籍教师职责
Foreign Teacher’s Duties and Responsibilities 1. 外籍教师应遵守中国的法律法规,不干预中国的内部事务。
The foreign teacher will follow Chinese law and regulations, and will not interfere in Chinese enteral political affairs.2. 外籍教师应遵守聘用方的工作制度和中国政府关于外籍教师的相关规章制度。
The foreign teacher will follow the Employer’s working regulations and the relevant Foreign Expert regulations of the Chinese government.3. 外籍教师应尊重中国人的道德标准,特别是要保持恰当的职业面貌和行为准则。
The foreign teacher will respect the moral standards and customs of the Chinese people.This specially includes maintaining an appropriate profeional appearance and standard of behavior.4.外籍教师同意在合同期内不接受其他机构的聘用而影响本校的正常教学。
The foreign teacher agrees that during the contract period he/she will not accept employment at any other organization which will disrupt the regular teaching at Parade english training center.5.外籍教师应使用聘用方提供的教学材料,制定合适的教学计划,保证教学质量。
The foreign teacher will use the teaching materials provided by the Employer and will develop an appropriate teaching plan.The foreign teacher should conscientiously apply this teaching plan to ensure a high quality education.6.外籍教师职责包括:
The foreign teacher’s duties will include: ① 课堂准备(教学计划、教案、作业批改等);
To prepare for the leons.(teaching plans, leon plans, homework making, etc.)② 与家长和其他教师的沟通交流; Communication with parents and teachers;
③参与学校活动。
To participate in school events.⑤耐心地教导学生。
Patiently teaching the students.7.外籍教师应接受聘用方的评估、指导和考核。
The foreign teacher will allow time for evaluating profeional development discuions and final test of the teaching skills and teaching effects with the Employer.8.外籍教师应持有健康证明,并负担体检费用。
The foreign teacher will have a health certificate and will be responsible for paying the cost of the medical examination.9.乙方在工作期间的健康及医疗由乙方自行解决。
The accommodation,health and illne should be solved by herself/himself during the working period.10.外籍教师必须提供真实有效证件,如因证件原因产生的后果自行负责。
The foreign teacher must provide the real certificates.The foreign teacher must take the responsibility personally because of the fake certificates.11.乙方应遵守甲方的工作制度和有关外国专家的管理规定,接受聘方的工作安排。
Party B shall observe Party A's work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and shall accept Party A's arrangement direction, supervision and evolution in regard to his/her work.12.按期完成工作任务,保证工作质量。
Party B shall complete the tasks agreed on schedule and guarantee the quality of work.四.病假及事假:
Sick leave and private affair leave 如果乙方因患病并经医院证明确不能工作,可以向甲方提出请假,乙方在病假期间无工资。如果乙方连续15天请病假,甲方可以按照国家外专局合同有关规定中止与受聘方的合同。
If part B was sick and have certificate from hospital can not work, part B can apply for leave,but no salary in these period.If part B apply leave 15 days continuous,part A can terminate the contract according to the contract iued by state administration of foreign experts affairs.五.聘用方职责
Employer’s Responsibilities
1.向受聘方介绍中国有关法律、法规和聘方有关工作制度以及外国专家的管理规定。
Party A shall introduce to Party B the laws, decrees and relevant regulations by the Chinese government, the Party A's work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts.2.对受聘方的工作进行指导,检查和评估。
Party A shall conduct direction, supervision and evolution of Party B's work.3.配备合作共事人员。
Party A shall provide co-workers.4.按时支付受聘方的报酬。
Party A shall pay Party B's salary regularly by the month.六.合同的终止
Termination of Contract1、下列情况下,聘用方有权书面通知外籍教师终止合同:
如外籍教师违反中国的法律法规、聘用方的工作制度、中国政府关于外籍专家的相关规章制度或者合同的其他条款。此种情况,无补偿;
如外籍教师表现不佳,不能尽责者,聘用方有权立即终止合同,外籍教师将得到十五天的工资作为补偿金;如聘用方决定给予15天的时间允许其改进工作,但到期后其工作表现仍不能令聘用方满意者,合同将被终止,聘用方无须提供额外补偿;
If the Foreign Teacher fails to satisfactory perform his/her duties and responsibilities, the contract will be terminated immediately, but the foreign teacher will receive fifteen days’ severance pay;Or, at he sole discretion of the Employer, the Foreign Teacher will be given fifteen days to improve his/her job performance.If, after fifteen days, the Foreign Teacher has not improved his/her job performance to the satisfaction of the Employer, the contract will then be terminated and the Foreign Teacher will not receive any additional pay;2 双方应信守合同,未经双方一致同意,任何一方不得擅自更改、解除和终止合同。如外籍教师需终止合同,他或她必须提前30天书面通知聘用方,聘用方将支付其工作期间的全部薪水,否则其薪水、假期补助等均被取消。
Both parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.If the Foreign Teacher chooses to terminate the contract, he/she must provide thirty days’ written notice to the Employer.If this is done, the foreign teacher will receive full salary for the period worked.Otherwise, salary and vacation subsidiary will not be paid.聘用方:
