关于延长学习期限的通知
希望延长学习期限、下学期继续学习的同学请先到对外汉语学院留学生办公室（校园地图30号100室）领取《学期延长申请表》，并务必于2011年12月12日-16日期间，带好此表、校园卡和护照到留学生办公室（物理楼253室，校园地图14号），缴纳下学期的学费及办理居留许可延长手续。如不能在此期间申请延长的同学，下学期需重新报名并缴纳报名费。延长学习期限的手续如下：
1.持F签证者—>身体检查（从预约到得到健康证明需约2周时间）—>缴纳学费—>凭健康证明、学费发票、护照、学生证、临时住宿登记表及1张2寸照片在留学生办公室领取《外国籍学生办证申请函》等—>申请居留许可（需约1周时间）
2.持居留许可者—>缴纳学费—>凭学费发票、护照、学生证、临时住宿登记表及1张2寸照片在留学生办公室领取《外国籍学生办证申请函》—>申请居留许可（需约1周时间）注：公费生及交流生无需办理延长手续，下学期请在2012年2月15日下午13：00-16:00到物理楼(校园地图14号)报到注册。

Notice of Study Extension
Those who wish to have their study period extended and continue to study for the coming semester, please get the APPLICATION FORM TO EXTEND STUDY TERM from the Foreign Students Office at the School of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language(Room 100 at Bldg.30 on campus map).Then come to register at the International Student Office at Room 253 of Physics Building(Bldg.14 on campus map).You should bring with this application form, your student ID card, paport and pay tuition fees during Dec.12-16, 2011.If you failed to register during this period, you have to apply as a new student for next semester and pay the application fee.The procedure is: 1.F-visa holders—>Take a physical examination which needs about 2 weeks before getting a health certificate—>Pay tuition fees—>Bring the receipt of tuition fees, paport, health certificate, student ID card, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and 1 paport photo to ISO to get an Introduction Letter—>Apply for a student residence permit which needs about 1 week.2.Student residence permit holders—> Pay tuition fees—>Bring the receipt of tuition fees, paport, health certificate, student ID card, Registration Form of Temporary Residence and 1 paport photo to ISO to get an Introduction Letter—>Apply for a student residence permit which needs about 1 week.Note: Scholarship students and exchange students don’t need to register for study extension, please register for next semester at the Physics Building(Bldg.14 on campus map)at 13:00-16:00pm on Feb.15, 2012.International Students Office
