By now you will be on your way to delivering your annual KPOs.You should also be making good progre on your personal development plan.现在你应当是在按计划完成自己年度KPOs的进程中,并且正在按照自己的个人发展计划取得良好的进步。
The Mid Year review focuses on your achievement in the first half of the year.It highlights where you have performed well and also identifies any iues that may stop you delivering your objectives for the rest of the year and helps you get back on track.年中评估着眼于你上半年所取得的成绩,强调你表现出色的方面,并识别出任何可能在下半年妨碍你实现工作目标的问题,并且帮助你调整到原有的进程。
The most important part of the proce is the conversation you have with your manager.You will discu both your KPOs and your development plan with them.This conversation is designed to give you the support and guidance you need to deliver your objectives and development plan by the end of the year.评估中最重要的是你和经理的谈话。你们将讨论你的KPOs及发展计划。本谈话为的是提供给你所需的支持和指导,以确保到年底实现工作目标和发展计划。
All employees should have a mid year review.Although new starters will have reviews as part of their onboarding proce it is still good to sit down with your manager and ensure you have KPOs and a development plan in place.所有的员工都应进行一次年中评估。尽管新员工的在入职过程中包括了评估环节,但是与经理一起讨论并确保KPOs及发展计划的制定也很必要。

Step 1Meet with your manager

When you are with your manager go through each of your KPOs and your development plan and briefly discu the following:当你与经理一起浏览自己的每个KPO和发展计划时,简要讨论以下事宜:
what you have delivered

how well you think you have delivered it

whether you are on track to deliver the full KPO or development action by the end of
the year

What support you need from them

Whether it is appropriate to change any of your KPOs.是否合适改变任何KPOs。
If you change any KPOs you will need to agree amendments with your manager.如果你改变任何KPOs,需要与经理对变动达成一致。
Your manager will also give you feedback on your performance and achievements for the first half of the year.你的经理也将对你上半年的工作表现和成绩给予反馈。
Step 3-Complete the Mid Year Review Form第三步― 完成年中评估表
Once you have had your conversation your manager will then complete the mid year review form and sign it.一旦谈话结束,你的经理就会完成年中评估表并签字。
You will be required to sign it as well.Your manager will then pa a copy to HR.你也需要签字确认。你的经理会将把一份复件交给人力资源部。
You should keep a copy to help you at the end of the year.你应该保留一份复件以帮助自己进行年底评估。
If you have amended your KPOs ensure you have changed your KPO form.如果你改变了自己的KPOs,应确保KPO表格也要改变。
