一、In oder to standardize the work of our university to engage the guest profeor, part-time teacher and confer the honorary profeor, and to guarantee the quality of confer and engagement work and their serioune, this engagement letter is formulated in accordance with the relavant provisions of Ministry of Education and Education Comiion of Fujian Province.二、Party A authorizes or engages Party B to take the post of in Party A(employing department)according to the needs of teaching and scientific research.Party B receives the engagement, and the period of engagement is from

.三、聘请期间，甲、乙双方自学履行《集美大学授、聘名誉教授、客座教授、兼职教师暂行规定》所规定的权利和义务，遵纪守法。

四、聘请期间，甲方须为乙方提供来校服务所需要的条件，具体内容由用人单位与乙方约定。

五、聘请期间，乙方应认真履行所承担工作任务的职责要求，完成工作任务。

六、以上协议甲、乙双方共同遵守。未尽事宜或出现特殊情况由甲、乙双方协商解决。本聘约一式二份，自双方签字日起生效。甲、乙双方各执一份，具有同等效力。

七、甲方委托本方的师资处代行签章。
