1.适用范围

本说明书适用于我公司生产的SC9、SCB9、SC10、SCB10、SCR9系列额定容量为6300KVA及以下，电压等级为35KV及以下的有载和无载调压树脂绝缘干式电力变压器的装卸、运输、仓储保管、安装、使用及维护等。2．产品特点及使用场所

我公司生产的环氧树脂浇注干式变压器引进国外先进技术，我公司通过反复的生产实践及频繁的理化试验成功解决了这一尖端难题，产品技术性能指标完全符合国家标准GB1094.1~2-1996、GB6450-86，技术参数符合GB/T10228-1997标准。

该产品具有以下特点：

2.1减少了包封层树脂厚度,增强了线圈的散热能力。2.2线圈采用玻璃纤维增强网格板加强、增强了线圈的机械强度；提高了产品抗突发短路能力，线圈永不开裂；

2.3线圈采用真空浇注工艺、极大地减少了线圈局部放电量，提高了线圈电气强度；

2.4防爆过载能力高，冷热冲击稳定性好，噪声低； 2.5带温控和风冷却装置，三相温度同屏显示，自动启停风机、故障报警、超温报警、超温跳闸以及黑匝子功能，并通过RS485串行通讯接与计算机连接，运行集中监视及控制；

由于我公司树脂浇注干式变压器具有以上特点，因此该系列产品广泛应用于输变电系统，如宾馆饭店、机场，高层建筑、商业中心、住宅小区等重要场所，以及地铁、冶炼、电厂、轮船、海洋钻井平台等环境恶劣场所。3．使用条件

3.1户内式

3.2海拔不超过1000M 3.3环境温度：

最高气温：+40℃

最高日平均气温：+30℃

最高年平均气温：+20℃

最低气温：-5℃（户内）3.4电源电压的波形：

电源电压的波形近似正弦波。3.5多相电源电压的对称性：

多相变压器所连接的电源电压应近似对称。3.6绝缘耐热等级F级

3.7带外壳保护等级IP20、IP23等。4．产品运输

4.1产品可用火车、轮船、汽车和飞机等交通工具进行运输，其车箱或船仓必须保持清洁，无污染物；

4.2产品装车情况必须符合运输规程中的要求并将产品安放牢固，在运输过程中不允许有颠簸、碰撞、振动和冲击现象，并应防止日晒雨淋；

4.3无包装箱的变压器，附带的零件，出厂文件等另装成箱与变压器一起发运；

4.4产品运输过程，其倾斜度不得大于15°； 4.5产品在车站、码头中转或终点卸下后不允许堆码，同时下面要用木头等垫好垫高不小于100MM。5．产品装卸

5.1产品装卸可采用起重机,行车等起吊设备,装卸时应严格按照国家有关装卸规程: 5.2运输安装过程中，带包装箱起吊时，应起吊包装箱四下角标记处起吊。6．检查验收

用户收到变压器后应进行检查验收：

6.1检查包装及防潮设施完好，无雨水浸入痕迹； 6.2检查产品铭牌参数如产品型号、额定容量、额定电压、联接组别号、阻抗电压和外形尺寸、外形结构、重量等是否符合合同要求和有关国家标准规定；

6.3检查产品说明书，检验合格证，出厂试验报告，装箱清单等随机文件是否齐全；

6.4检查附件和备品的规格，数量与装箱清单是否相符； 6.5检查产品运输过程中有无损伤，产品的零件是否损伤、松动、断裂、绝缘是否有破损等；

6.6产品开箱检查完毕，如不立即投入运行，应妥善保存或重新包装好。7．产品安装

7.1安装前应认真阅读本说明书，产品铭牌和产品外形尺寸，了解产品重量，安装方法等内容，准备好相应的起吊设备和工具；

7.2产品安装基础设施满足载荷、防震、底部通风等要求； 7.3室内通风和消防设施符合有关规定，通风管道密封良好，通风孔洞不与其它通风系统相通；

7.4温控、温显装置设在明显位置，以便观察； 7.5室内照明布置符合有关规定；

7.6室内采用不燃或难燃材料，门向外开，门上标有设备名称和安全警告标志，保护性网门栏杆等安全设施完善；

7.7变压器与配电装置连接安装时，配电装置的安装符合设计要求和有关标准的规定，柜、网门的开启互不影响；

7.8导体连接紧固、相色表示清晰正确；

7.9带电部分的相间和对地距离等符合有关设计标准的要求；接地部分牢固可靠；

7.10温控装置的电源引自与变压器低压侧直接的母排上；具有足够开断容量的熔断器保护，并根据应急使用的重要程度采用自动切换的双路电源系统供电。8．运行前检查

8.1测量所有分接变化，符合铭牌电压变比规律，且额定分接允许误差为±0.5%，其它分接允许误差小于1%；

8.2检测三相变压器接线组别或单相变压器的极性，与铭牌标示相符；

8.3测量绕阻绝缘电阻，其值不低于出厂试验值的70%； 8.4测量铁芯对也绝缘电阻，其值不小于5MΩ；

8.5外施工频耐压试验，试验电压为出厂试验电压的85%； 8.6对于有载调压变压器，应根据有载调压分接开关使用说明书作投入运行前的必要检查和试验。9．试运行

9.1变压器投入运行前,应根据变压器铭牌和分接指示牌将分接片调到合适的位置;9.2无载调压时,应根据电网电压把调压分接头的连接片铵铭牌和分接指示牌上的标志接到相应的位置上;9.3有载调压时,应参照有载调压分接开关使用书,在断电情况下,分接开关调试正常后方可投入运行;9.4变压器有温度控制箱和温度显示仪时,请参看温度控制箱和温度显示仪使用说明书,在温度或温显调试正常,先将变压器投入运行,后投入温控和温显;9.5变压器投入运行后,所带负荷应由轻到重,切忌盲目一次大负载投入;9.6变压器过负荷应按照GB/T17211《干式变压器负载导则》；

9.7变压器退出运行后，一般不需要采取其它措施即可重新投入运行，但是如果是高湿度下且变压器已发生凝露现象，那么必须经干燥处理后，变压器才能重新投入运行。10．变压器维护和保养

为了保证变压器正常运行，需对它定期维护保养

10.1一般地，在干燥清洁的场所，每年或长一点时间进行一次检查，在其它场合，例如可能有灰尘或化学烟雾污染的空气进入时，第三至六个月进行一次检查；

10.2检查时，如发现有过多灰尘聚集，则必须清除，以保证空气流通和防止绝缘击穿，特别要注意清洁变压器绝缘子，下垫块凸台处，并使用干燥的压缩空气（2-5个大气压）吹净通风道中灰尘；

10.3检查紧固件、联接件是否松动，导电件有无生锈、腐蚀的痕迹，还要观测绝缘表面有无爬电痕迹和碳现象，必要时应采取相应有措施进行处理；

10.4有载调压变压器应参考有载分接开关运行绝缘电阻的测试来判断变压器能否运行，一般无需进行其它测试；

10.5变压器运行若干年（建议五年）后进行绝缘电阻的测试来判断变压器能否运行，一般无需进行其它测试；

10.6干式变压器检修后的验收，应符合《电力变压器检修导则》DL/T573和电力设备预防性试验规程的有关规定。11．安全注意事项

11.1变压器安装完毕投入运行前，对于无外壳的变压器，应在变压器周围安装隔离栅栏，以避免意外事故发生；

11.2变压器投入运行以后，禁止触摸变压器主体，以防事故发生；

11.2变压器试验、安装、维护必须由够资格的生产人员承担。

1．Application scope The instruction is applicable to SC9.SCB9.SC10, SCB10, SCR 9 series in our company and rated capacity ≤6300KVA voltage ,voltage degree≤35KV, load and unload regulate voltage Epoxy resin insulation dry-type power transformer, load, transporation, stock, install, usage and repair.2． Character & Application The Epoxy resin pour dry-type power transformer take advanced technology from oversea,scientific artcraft, our company do test again and again,offen make rationalize test to solve this top degree problem,all technic character are meet National standard GB1094.1~2-1996、GB6450-86,techni specification meet to GB/T10228-1997 standard.The product have following feature：

2.1 Reduce the thickne of envelopment resin ,increase the heating ability of coil.2.2 The Coil take the grid boad which is made of Gla fiber to increase coil mechanic strength,improve to anti-shor circuit ability,coil won’t crack forever.2.3Coil take vacuum injection handcraft ,proper reduce the discharge and improve the electric strength.2.4 Higher ability of anti-explosion, stability of cool and hot strike,low noise.2.5 With temperature control and Cooling device,3 phase temperature scres show,start fan motor, auotomatic,over-temperature warning,over-temperature shut down,and black dense function, while connecting RS485 communication to computer,operation center inspection and control.Our Epoxy resin pour dry-type power transformer have above feature,so this kinds of product wifely used for ouput transformer systetm.such as Hotel, Airport,Higher architecture,busine center,department bulding and others important place, also subway,smelt,power factory,steamship,sea artesian well and others bad environment place.3．Usage requirement 3.1 indoor

The connecting power voltage of multiphase similar symmetry.3.6 Insulated temperature resistance F degree.3.7 With Cover protection degree IP20,IP23 and so on.4． Product Transportation 4.1 can be transported by Train, steamship,truck,air and others transportation,the truck trunk or ship store must be clean and no dirty.4.2 When load must be fix tighten,to prevent the bump,hit,librate and impact,also the sunshine and rain.4.3 Transformer without package ,acceory,and documents and others to make package together to delivery.4.4 when transportation, the lean must be le than 15°.4.5 Don’t discharge in ma when station , dock transfer or destination,must make wood fill up, which more than 100MM.5． Product load & discharge.5.1 Product load and discharge can take by crane,travelling crane and others device,and strict meet national requirement proce.5.2When transportation, if with package carton, should mark on each angle。

6． Inspection before receive when customer get the transformer, should inspecti it.6.1 Package and moistureproof well,no water invade trail.6.2 Check the product label such as the model rated capacity, rated voltage,connection no.anti-voltage,outside size,construction,weight and other whether meet contract requirement or national standard.6.3 Check the instructon, test confirm,test report,packing list and others documents

6.4 Check the acceory, back up product specification, quantity, whether same as packing list.6.5 Check whether have damage when transportation,the acceory damnify ,start,rupture,insulated whether have broken and so on.6.6 After inspection all, if not put into operation, sould package well and store.7． Product install 7.1 Should read this instruction, product label, outside size before installing, know the weight, how to install and others,ready to others device and tools.7.2 the basic instruction must be meet load, shockproof,ventilation requirement..7.3 Indoor ventilation and fire protection meet relative requirement,ventiduct airproof well,vent hole don’t connect with others air system.7.4 Temperature control,temperature show device should put obviousity place, easy to check.7.5 inddor liging disposal meet relative regulate.7.6 inddor take fire-resist material, door to ourside and label decive name, safe warning,protective net door and others safety establishment.7.7 When connect transformer to electric device, the electric device should meet design requirement and relative point.7.8 Conductor fix well and phase colour should clearly.7.9 the distance between the electric phase and against earth meet relative design requirement,connecting earth should fix well.7.10 The power of temperature device should from the femal rank side transformer,have enough capacity to fuse operation, and tale change to double power automatic according to the emergengy degree.8．Inspection before operation 8.1 Measure all tap change,meet nameplate change rule,and rated tap allow error is ±0.5%,the rest allow error is le than1%.8.2 Test the 3 phase transformer connecting or the pole of single transformer ,meet nameplate requirement.8.3 Measure the insulated resist of coil, the value more than 70% test value.8.4 Measure the iron coil insulated resist, the value more than 5MΩ.8.5 Outside pre anti-voltae test, the test voltage should be 85% of test voltage.8.6 About the load regulate voltage transformer, should according to the load regulate tap switch instruction to put into test check and test.9．Test operation 9.1 Before operation, should according to the nameplate and tap direction label to make tap slice into correct position.9.2 when unload regulate voltage, should according to electric net voltage to make regulate voltage tap slice,nameplate and tap direction to make correction position.9.3 Load regulate voltage, should according to load voltage tap switch instruction, tao swutcg test wekk after shut power ,then can put into operation.9.4 the transformer have temperature control box and temperature show,please check attached instrciton,when temperature is normal, put the transformer operation at first, then put into temperature control and shower.9.5 After transformer operaion,the load shoud from light to heavy, don’t make one big load blindne.9.6 Over load should meet GB/T17211(dry type transformer load rule)9.7 After transformer stope operation, no need take others action to put into operation again, but if higher humid and transformer have cold already, so should take dry action, then transformer can operation again.10．Repair and Maintain To maintain the transformer operation well, should make repaire and maintaince.10.1 Generally, in dry place, clearn it one time every year or mor long time.If others place if have dust or chemisty air inside, should check every 3 month or 6 month.10.2 When check, if find collect dust, should clearn them to keep the air ventilation and prevent insulated attack.special clearn the insulated terminal of transformer,the mat of desk,and keep the dry compre air(2-5 dry air)to clean the dust 10.3 Check the fix firmware,join piece whether start, conductor whether have rust,corrosive trial,also check whether have climp electric and carbon trial on the insulated surface.Should take relative action to solve if need.10.4 Load regulate voltage transformer should consider the resistant of load tap switch to judge the transformer whether can operation, no need make the rest test.10.5 After several year operation(Suggest 5 years),to do the resulated resist test to judge the transformer whether can operation, no need make the rest test.10.6 After Dry-type transformer inspection, should meet the(Electric transformer repaire rule)DL/T573 and the electric device anti-test rule.11．Repair and Maintain 11.1 When transformer operantion, should make safe barrier around transformer, to prevent accident.11.2 When transformer operantion,Warning to touch the main part of transformer to prevent accident.11.2 The test of transformer,install, repaire should be done by qualification worker.
