We can be sure that this was not the first time when Li said that “My dad is Li Gang.” Because in his mind “my father is Li Gang” is an almighty sentence.It can make him get more than others who have paid far more effort.When he makes a mistake even commits a crime, this sentence can protect him from the punishment he deserves.He has no fear, no principles and no criteria for good and evil.All he owns is pride and bullying.He is still a young boy, but what awaits him is nothing but imprisonment.Although it is him who committed the crime, he is not the only person to blame.His parents, people who feed his arrogance and the unhealthy social custom all are responsible for it.First, his parents are to blame.During his growth, he has been spoiled by his parents.Search the internet, you can find that Li’s father was described to be a good man both in the private life and the political career.Maybe he is too busy to spare some time to educate his own son, to help him cultivate the good habits and qualities.But what if Li Gang is not an honorable and virtuous man himself? Secondly, as a second officer generation(官二代)，Li has been instilled with the perception that he has superiority over others from the time he was born.In the feudal age, we have the saying “When a man attains the Tao, even his pets ascend to heaven.(一人得道,鸡犬升天)” Although so many years have paed by, the perception doesn’t disappear.Nowadays, it’s quite normal to see that when a man gets to the top, all his friends and relations get there with him.Beyond all doubt, Li is deeply affected by such a notion.Thirdly, virtue flies from the heart of a mercenary man（利欲熏心者美德逸无踪）.Li almost has no humanity.After hitting the two girls and then being stopped by the security guard and the students, he should say that “Oh, my Goodne, how badly my car has been scratched!Do you have any idea of who my dad is? My dad is Li Gang!” What a scum（败类）of a nation!He should treat property, fortune and power higher than noble life!He is so selfish and self-centered that he has no moral principle or humanity.In his mind, only his life is valuable, the unlucky girls’ life is worthle.He didn’t respect others even his own father because Li Gang is just a pretext（挡箭牌）when he has troubles.Fourthly, he was such an ignorant boy.He may bully in the small circle where his father has great impact on.People may yield to his threaten and his power, but justice will not.The laws will not, neither.No man can stay out of law.When you break the law, you are doomed to be punished.Li’s ignorance made him think that he can do whatever he wants.But he is wrong.And his ignorance leads him to the way of prison.Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China
