新课程改革既是一种挑战,又是一次难得的机遇。挑战与机遇并存,作为初中英语老师，新课程改革对于我们每一个老师都是一种挑战,也是一次难得的机会。在几年的英语教学中，我发现鼓励性的语言是不可缺少的。下面的几点希望对大家会有所帮助。

1.谢谢大家听得这么专心。Thank you for listening to me so attentively.2.大家对这些内容这么感兴趣，真让我高兴。It is so pleature that members of these are so interested in the content 3.你们专注听讲的表情，使我快乐，给我鼓励。Your focus on the lectures expreion makes me happy and encourage.4．我从你们的姿态上感觉到，你们听明白了。You understand me from your posture

5．我不知道我这样说是否合适。I do not know if I say this is appropriate

6．我不知我说清楚了没有，说明白了没有。I do not know if it is clear what I said 7．我的解释不知是否令你们满意，课后让我们大家再去找有关的书来读读。I do not know whether you are satisfied with the the explanation.After school ,let us all go to t to read the book.8．你们的眼神告诉我，你们还是没有明白，想不想让我再讲一遍?
