近年来我国高度重视教育事业的发展，随着教育事业的不断进步，各大院校也非常注重教育方法和教学方式的改进，传统的、落后的教学方式逐渐被淘汰，全新理念的教学方式被引进各大校园，为学生们提供更好的学习方法，提高学习效率。早在二十世纪九十年代，美国就开始了对微课的探究，并且迅速应用于各个学科的教学之中。我国引入微课教学的概念比较晚，直到2012 年年底，在我国教育部的精心筹划下举办了首届全国微课大赛之后，微课才算是真正的走进了我国的高校校园，收到广大教育工作中的广泛推广，另外在国内也掀起了一波“微课热”.我国高职学校的体育教学中存在一定的问题，教学内容往往多而繁琐，教师为了完成教学任务不合理的安排课程进度，达不到良好的教学效果。

针对这种教学形势，本文引入微课教学的概念，在高职体育教学中应用微课教学的方式，力图改变目前的教学现状，提升我国高职体育教学质量和效率。

一、微课概述

(一)微课的定义和特点目前关于微课的定义有几种主流说法，笔者结合前人的研究以及自己的理解总结出微课的定义：微课是指通过信息化教学的方式，结合互联网技术，通过短时间的教学来对学生的学习能力进行一定的训练，微课教学的教学目标比较明确，对于笼统的知识点精简化，深入发掘学生的自觉学习能力以及自我创新能力，提高学生的自主学习能力。由于微课学习的特殊性，允许学生合理的应用信息化时代的产物电脑、手机等产品在任何时间、任何地点进行自我学习，强化学生的学习自觉性。

通常来说，微课的学习时间不长，这就要求学生要在短时间的学习时间内完成学习任务，高度集中学习注意力，提高学习效率。

通过微课的定义，我们可以总结出微课的教学特点主要有以下几点：1)微课的教学周期比较短;2)微课传授的教学内容精简，不繁杂;3)微课的教学目标明确;4)微课主要通过视频教学来给学生传达教学信息，让学生们更加直观的感受知识的内涵，加强记忆。

(二)微课的应用价值微课之所以在我国高校中得到广泛的应用，是因为微课对于我国教育事业的快速发展有一定的推动作用，有很高的应用价值。主要体现在以下三个方面：

1)在传统教学占主要地位的高职学校教学体系中，注入新鲜活力，丰富教学方式，使教学方式变得灵活变得多样化。传统的体育教学中通常都是教师带着学生在操场中进行演示，然后学生跟着老师的动作进行训练，然而很多学校的教师教学动作并不规范，学生也跟着一起学，在现场教学中，很多学生开小差，并没有当场就理解吃透教学内容。使用微课教学可以很好的为传统体育教学提供补充，让学生通过视频加强对动作要领的理解和深化，起到更好的教学作用。

2)微课教学的特点就是提高学生的自主学习能力，发掘学习的自觉性，提高学习效率。应用信息化产物进行视频教学，丰富教学内容，可以提高学生的学习积极性，激发学习兴趣，提高学习效率。

3)优化学校教学资源，使教学内容更加丰富。教师可以充分利用信息化教学的优势，整理教学资源，建立一定的共享平台，让学校的教学资源可以很好的共享，在教师和学生之间搭建起良好的交流平台，教师帮助学生解答学习疑惑，创造良好的学习氛围，增加学生和教师之间的互动交流，使教学过程变得轻松愉快。

二、微课在高职体育教学中的应用

(一)规范教学动作，以更加直观的形势展现出来在传统的高职学校体育教学课程中，教师的动作不一定完整、规范，而且在教学过程中不会重复的示范，并不能保证每个学生都领悟了动作要领。因此，微课教学提供了一直直观的视频教学，在视觉上达到更好的效果。学生没有领悟的地方，可以通过反复观看教学视频、暂停视频画面、快进、快退等简单的操作来进行学习，直到学生掌握了每一个动作要领为止。此外教师在教学过程中，不仅可以自己录制视频来引导学生学习，也可以在网上下载一些优秀的教学教程来丰富学生的学习体验，规范相关动作，提高教学质量。

(二)深化学生对动作的记忆，降低动作难度微课教学是一种直观的教学方式，通过视觉冲击来把教学内容更加形象、更加生动的展现在学生面前，通过相关操作可以把完整的动作进行分解，各个击破，这样不仅降低了有些教学内容的难度，也可以深化学生对动作的记忆力，在大脑中根深蒂固，形成相对的动作条件反射。

(三)帮助教学改善教学效果，纠正教学错误体育教师在教学过程中，通过自身的示范让学生跟着学，实际情况是很多学生错误的进行了模仿和练习，而且不同的同学的理解偏差不一样，会犯下不同的错误，这就大大影响了教学效果。通过微课的教学方式，可以很好的避免这种情况。

教师在教学之前可以把规范的动作以及学生们容易犯错的几个动作录制成视频，在现场教学的时候给同学们展示这几组不同的动作，就能够形成很好的对比，让学生对他们犯的错误一目了然，从而深化对正确动作的理解与训练，提高教学质量。

伴随着信息化教学的兴起，微课在我国掀起了一股新的教学浪潮，并且取得了很好的教学效果。在我国高职学校的体育教学中引入微课教学方式，可以发掘学生的学习潜能，提高自主学习能力，从而提高教学质量，推进我国高职学校体育教学事业的发展。
