摘要
电能量采集系统是集电能量数据的采集、处理、存储、分析、统计、监控、考核、发布与报表功能为一体的自动化系统,真正实现了电能信息的全流程自动
化运行与管理。从结构上讲,电能量采集系统包括采集终端、系统主站、通讯网络三部分
本文着重研究电能量采集系统的整体结构和各个部分的详细功能,研究的主
要内容包括:系统需求分析,采集终端的基本功能和技术特点,通信技术和数据
加密技术。重点针对采集器和集中器,系统主站各部分的结构和功能以及多种通
讯方式选择和应用分析,包括电力线载波通信、光纤通信、电话网通信、无线通
信(GSM, GPRS)。以江苏电网为例,分析研究了电能量采集系统中密钥管理系
统的建设方案,详细介绍了电能量采集系统的建设方案和工程实施方案,从技术
层面分析了系统通信技术和数据加密技术,并概括介绍并分析了系统总体需求。
电能量采集系统的研究、设计与应用,实现了真正意义上的电能量数据的精
确采集、处理、监控及线损工作的精细化管理要求,为电力公司在供电生产管理
和输、配电网商业化营运提供了所需数据,在电力公司的生产运营、电力调度管
理和公司发展方向的决策管理中发挥了重要的辅助支持作用。所以,随着电力公
司运营的逐步商业化,建设一个具有强大计费考核管理功能和高可靠性的电能量
采集系统势在必行。

ABSTRACT
Energy information collection system is a set of electric energy data collectio storage, statistics, proceing, analysis, aement, and monitoring, publishing ar reporting capabilities for the integration of intelligent systems to achieve full proce automation, electrical energy management in the true sense.Structurally, Energ information collection system includes collection terminals, system main station ar communications network.This paper focuses on the overall structure of the detailed functional energy information collection system and the various parts, the main contents include: syste requirements analysis, basic functions and technical characteristics of the Collectic terminal, communication and data encryption technologies, focusing on t1 acquisition and concentrators, structure and function of each part of the system mash station and a variety of communication methods and application analysis, includir power line carrier communication, optical fiber communications, telephone networ wirele communications(GSM,GPRS).Taking Jiangsu power grid as: example, analysis of the construction scheme of electric energy key manageme system,introduces the construction scheme and engineering implementatic scheme of the electrical energy information collection system, analysis of the syste communication technology and data encryption technology from a technical level, ar introduces the overall system requirements.Application of electrical energy information collection system, truly automat and accurate collection of electric energy data management requirements refineme} statistics, analysis and net lo of work, providing a firm data foundation for pom grid companies in transmiion and distribution grids and power production ar commercialization operations management, Playing an important role in decisic support management decision-making power grid companies dispatch managemer production and development of the company's operations.With the pow} companies gradually commercialized,the
